⭕ *WITH THE ARREST OF 04 ACCUSED PERSONS, A SENSATIONAL BLIND MURDER CASE SOLVED, BY THE TEAM OF PS BHD NAGAR & ANTI NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 AN UNKNOWN DEAD BODY WAS FOUND IN THE AREA OF PS BHD NAGAR, IN THE FIELD, 20 MTRs AWAY FROM THE ROAD.

🟡 *BRIEF FACTS OF THE MURDER CASE:-*

On 13.05.2025, a PCR call about the throwing of a dead body after murder along with a motorcycle at Matka Chowk on Dichaon-Bakkarwala road was received at PS BHD Nagar.

On the spot, a stout dead body of medium height was found around 20 meters inside a _khet_ from the road. A bullet motorcycle no. DL9SCH XXXX was also found lying near the road.

The motorcycle was found registered in the name of *Reena Devi w/o Satish Paswan,* R/o Jawahar Camp, Block B, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi. 
On the basis of the same, 
dead body was *identified as that of Avnish Saxena @ Golu s/o Late Sh. Gopal Chand, Aged 36 yrs, R/o Nangli Vihar, Delhi.*

After PM, the dead body was handed over to relatives. Crime team & FSL team as requisitioned, inspected the scene of crime.

*FIR No. 170/25, Dt. 13.05.2025, u/s 103(1) IPC, PS BHD Nagar was registered.*

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM :-*

Keeping in view the gravity of the offence, dedicated teams of *PS BHD Nagar & Anti- Narcotics Cell* was tasked by *DCP Dwarka District* to apprehend the accused persons at the earliest.

As per the directions & in overall guidance of *DCP Dwarka District,* two teams  *Anti Narcotics Cell & PS BHD Nagar, Dwarka District* worked relentlessly under the supervision of ACP Ops. Sh.  Ramawtar & ACP/ Najafgarh - Sh. Mahesh Narayan Singh & teams led by Insp. Subash Chand - I/C Anti Narcotics Cell Dwarka District & SHO PS BHD Nagar -  Insp Balram Singh Beniwal .

1. *Anti Narcotics Cell, Dwarka District team comprising:-*

Insp. Subhash, ASI Dinesh, HC Rajuram, HC Yograj, HC Kuldeep, HC Krishan, HC Mahipal,  HC Gopal, HC Vikash,  Ct Shivram,

2. *PS BHD Nagar team* comprising:-

Insp. Balram Singh Beniwal, Insp/Bravo Amit Kumar, Insp/ATO Ravi, SI Sachin, SI Deshraj, PSI Aakash, PSI Rahul, ASI Sumer, HC Dilraj, HC Vikram, HC Jitender & HC Sombir.

🟡 *MOTIVE:-*

The murdered person, Avnish Saxena was frustrated about not getting a yes/go ahead for marriage from a girl who chose otherwise.

Avnish kept threatening the girl's family of social humiliation and physical violence if they walk away from marriage.

The girl along with her parents, left Delhi for good and stopped picking deceased's phone calls.
It infuriated the deceased even more. He kept visiting her house and even thrashed her brother who told all this to neighbour Devender & discussed amongst themselves to murder Avnish.
They did _reiki_, searched for a secluded place with no CCTV coverage on Dichain-Hirankudana road and arranged a sharp edged weapon.

On 14.05.2025 as per plan, Ishant coerced Avnish by calling on his phone to visit him on the pretext of helping him to recover Rs. 80,000/- from a borrower.

The deceased was riding his bullet motorcycle and Ishant was sitting behind. When they reached at the pre-destined secluded place on the road in the fields of village DICHAON,  Devender was already waiting for them. Ishant stabbed Avnish at the back side of his head with a sharp edged weapon concealed in his body.

*Avnish* fell down with the motorcycle and immediately Devender also pounced on Avnish. They both stabbed him multiple times causing instant death of Avnish on the spot.

Their other accomplices were kept watching all the time. Then they all fled from the spot.

On the basis of details of registration number of the Motorcycle of the deceased, electronic surveillance, field investigation, circumstances and sources, the sequence of  events leading to murder, identity of the deceased Avnish Saxena and accused persons were established.

Four accused have already been arrested and are on police remand.

Further investigation is on to further unearth the facts leading to this murder and to arrest the remaining accused persons.

🟡 *DETAILS OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

1. *Ishant Kr. Paswan @ Golu* S/o Satish Paswan, R/o Jai Vihar, Phase III, G- Block, Near Vishwakarma Mandir, Najafgarh, Delhi, aged 19 years.

2. *Rahul S/o Sanjeev @ Sanju,* R/o Jai Vihar Ph-3, Near Vishwarkarma Mandir, Najafgarh, Delhi, Aged 24 Years.

3. *Vishal @ Golu  S/o Nawab Singh,* R/o Jai Vihar, Gali no. 1, Phase III, Near Vishwakarma Mandir, Najafgarh, Delhi, Aged 28 Years.

4. *Devender Singh* S/o Munna Singh R/o Near Vishwarkarma Mandir, Jai Vihar, Phase-3, Najafgarh, Delhi, aged 24 years.
