❖ *05 PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS ARRESTED BY DEDICATED PO TEAMS OF PS ASHOK VIHAR, SPECIAL STAFF/NWD & PS MUKHERJEE NAGAR OF NORTH-WEST DISTRICT.*

The teams of North West District have done commendable work by arresting following proclaimed offenders:

1. *PS ASHOK VIHAR:*
A dedicated team of SI Ravi Kumar, HC Rajkumar, HC Ashwani, and W/CT Navneet of PP WPIA, PS Ashok Vihar has done commendable work by arresting 01 proclaimed offender:
➢ Anju w/o Rishabh R/o N-125/22, C-35, SS Colony, WPIA, Delhi, Age- 40 Years. The accused was absconding and declared PO in Case FIR No. 208/19 U/s 33 of the Delhi Excise Act registered at PS Ashok Vihar vide Court order dt. 08/07/2024.

2. *SPECIAL STAFF/NWD:*
A dedicated team of SI Surender, ASI Surender & W/HC Ritu of Special Staff has done commendable work by arresting 02 proclaimed offenders:


➢ Md. Jahir @Rahul S/o Md. Gulsher R/o Jhuggi No 12 Lawrence road Delhi Age- 40 years. The accused was absconding and declared PO in FIR No 237/11 U/s 381/411/34 IPC PS Keshav Puram Delhi vide Court order dt.14.01.2025

➢ Susmita Battacharjee W/O Abhijit Bhattacharjee  R/O H No. A-1302 Mahalaxmi Green Mension Greater Noida (UP) Age- 52 years. The accused was absconding and declared PO in CC  No 1510/2018 U/S 138 NI Act on 14.07.2023  of PS Kotla MUBARAKPUR,  DELHI & Case FIR No. 425/24 U/S 174A PS KM Pur, Delhi vide Court order dt.14.07.2023

3. *PS MUKHERJEE NAGAR:*
A dedicated team of HC Dinesh Kumar and Ct. Sanjeet of PS Mukherjee Nagar has done commendable work by traced & arresting 02 proclaimed offenders respectively:

➢ Sikandar @ Raju @ Banti @ Raja, S/o Guljar, R/o N-18/38, CD Park, Jahangirpuri, Delhi, aged 48 years. The accused was absconding and declared PO in Delhi in FIR No. 243/19 under Sections 392/394/397/34 IPC, PS Mahendra Park vide Court order dated 03.03.24.
The said accused is presently lodged in Tihar Jail No. 1 in connection with FIR No. 508/24 under Sections 304(2)/317(2)/3(5) BNS, PS Mahendra Park.

➢ Sahil @ Gabbar s/o Lt. Avdesh R/o Jhuggi No. B/931, K- Blk, ITI Jahangir Puri, Delhi, Age-28 years. The accused was absconding and declared PO in case e-FIR No- 39733/18, U/S- 379/411 PS Mukherjee Nagar vide Court order dt.14.10.2024S
