⭕ *ANTI-BURGLARY CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT MADE YET ANOTHER ARREST OF 01 ACTIVE ROBBER, WITH RECOVERY OF 01 KATTA, 02 STOLEN MOBILES & THEFT MOTORCYCLE.*

🔰 HE ALONG WITH HIS ASSOCIATES, ROBBED CASH, ID CARDS FROM A MAN NEAR POWER HOUSE, DABRI, AFTER SHOWING HIM A _KATTA_ .

🔰 HE WAS CAUGHT WITH FIREARM WHILE HE WAS ON THE WAY TO COMMIT ANOTHER ROBBERY.

🔰 ACCUSED CHARAN SINGH @ LOVE IS *PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 06 CASES* OF POSSESSION OF ARMS, POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY.

🔰 05 CASES OF ROBBERY, THEFTS & MV THEFTS WORKED OUT WITH HIS ARREST.

🔰 FURTHERING THE MISSION - *'NO GUNS NO GANGS'*,  VALIANT COPS AGAIN STRIKE HARD.

Pinning down such criminals, averting untoward incidents, allowing no illegal guns - with this mandate, *Sh. Ankit Singh, IPS - DCP Dwarka District* had flagged off the Operation - *“No Guns, No Gangs”.* We are realising the aim with utmost dedication.

In line with the same, team of *Anti-Burglary Cell, Dwarka District* has arrested one active criminal namely *Charan Singh @ Love S/o Bhan Singh, aged 25 years* and recovered 01 loaded _katta_ , 02 stolen mobiles and 01 stolen pulsar M/cycle from his possession.

🟡 *INCIDENT:-*

On 08.07.2025, complainant *Sh. Harpal Singh S/o Rajinder Singh R/o Bharat Vihar, Rajapuri, Delhi* lodged a case vide *e-FIR No. 80064241/2025, U/s 303(2)/3(5) BNS, PS Dabri, Delhi* in which he alleged that on 07.07.2025 when he was coming home after attending a function and reached at Power House, Delhi, then at around 2:18 AM, four boys came towards him.

One of them showed him a _desi katta_ and asked him to hand over all his belongings, otherwise, to face dire consequences. After the remaining 03 boys started beating him and robbed his purse containing Rs. 9000/- cash & ID related documents.

🟡 *TEAM & TASKING:-*

Sensing the gravity of the offence and involvement of a firearm in the incident, *DCP/Dwarka District* directed *Anti-Burglary Cell, Dwarka District* to identify the criminal(s) and recover the firearm.

A dedicated team of *Anti-Burglary Cell, Dwarka Delhi,* under the leadership of Insp. Vivek Maindola - I/C Anti Burglary Cell, Dwarka, Delhi, comprising Vinod No. 947-D, ASI Krishan No. 533/DW, HC Anil No. 1702/DW, HC Sandeep No. 428/DW, HC Krishan No. 687/DW, Ct. Praveen No. 1479/DW was formed under the overall supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar ACP/Operations Dwarka to execute the directions of DCP Dwarka, Delhi and to arrest the criminal(s) involved in the above-said case.  

🟡 *INVESTIGATION:-*

The above-mentioned team started analyzing the CCTV Footage near the crime scene and saw 04 boys leaving the crime scene. The team followed the criminals and worked tirelessly for 10 days and were able to identify one of the criminals, namely *Charan Singh @ Love.*

The team mounted manual and technical surveillance over the accused Charan Singh @ Love, based on which several raids were conducted at Sagarpur, Bindapur, Dabri & Uttam Nagar. The team continued with its efforts.

🟡 *INFORMATION & ARREST:-*

The continuous work of the team paid off when one of the informers of ASI Krishan informed that *Charan Singh @ Love* will come with stolen property near Adarsh Apartment, Dabri, Delhi, at about 08:30 pm. The team immediately set up a trap at the said place. At 08:35 pm, the suspect was intercepted by the team on a black Pulsar M/cy No. DL 9SCA XXXX.

The road was blocked by the team members, after which Charan Singh tried to escape, lest to be nabbed by the alert cops, without giving him a chance. During apprehension, accused received injuries on his right leg.

During his search, 01 loaded _desi Katta_ & 02 stolen mobiles were recovered. The recovered M/cy was also found stolen from the area of PS Mohan Garden, Delhi.

🟡 *ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

- *Charan Singh @ Love S/o Bhan Singh,* R/o Gali No. 59, Mahavir Enclave, Part-III, Delhi, aged 25 years.

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

The accused was interrogated at length, and it was found that he was born in Delhi. His father works a labourer and due to poor financial conditions, he only completed his primary education. Soon, he came in contact with bad elements and got addicted to smack. After attaining adulthood, he continued his criminal activities due to which he was arrested in 2020 from PS Bindapur.  

He was again arrested for possession of arms in 2022 and again in 2023 & 2024. He has recently been released from jail. He, along with his associates, namely Mohd. Nasim, Nikhil & Rohit robbed the complainant on gunpoint on 07.07.2025.

According to the accused's disclosure, he procured the firearm from Mohd. Nasim. With the recovery of firearm, a case *FIR No. 488/2025, U/s 25.1AA Arms Act, PS Dabri, Delhi was registered.*
