*🚨 POLICE STATION: RAJ PARK*

Under the leadership of the DCP, all personnel have been actively briefed to adopt a zero-tolerance approach towards anti-social elements. Patrolling has been intensified, presence has been made visible, and every beat staff has been tasked with proactive community engagement — ensuring not just law enforcement, but public assurance.

*⏭️OPERATION:*

On 23rd July, staff of PS Raj Park namely HC Ravi Anand and HC Danveer were on patrol in the jurisdiction of PS Raj Park. During patrolling, the alert staff noticed a suspicious individual loitering near Mangol Puri Industrial Area, Phase-I, close to the railway line. On spotting the police team, the individual attempted to conceal himself behind a vehicle parked there.

Sensing suspicious intent, the vigilant patrol officers acted swiftly, pursued the suspect and successfully apprehended him. The individual was identified as Govind@Monu during preliminary questioning.

Upon conducting a thorough personal search of the suspect Govind@Monu, the staff recovered a button-actuated knife—classified as a prohibited weapon under the Arms Act from his possession. On verification, he was also found previously involved in 05 other criminal cases of Theft, Excise Act etc.

Accordingly, a case was registered under FIR No. 434/2025 u/s 25 of The Arms Act at PS Raj Park.

The accused was arrested in connection with the case and the recovered knife was seized.
