⭕ *03 CYBER CRIMINALS ARRESTED - 02 FROM RAJASTHAN & 01 FROM DELHI, IN A SPECIAL DRIVE AGAINST CYBER FRAUDSTERS, BY THE TEAM OF CYBER POLICE STATION, DWARKA DISTRICT, DELHI.*

🔰 ARRESTS WERE MADE FROM CYBERCRIME HOTSPOTS - TONK, JAIPUR & SIKAR (RAJASTHAN).

🔰 02 DIFFERENT TYPES OF MODUS OPERANDI VIS-A-VIS ONLINE MARKET INVESTMENT & DIGITAL ARREST.

🟡 *BRIEF DETAILS:-*

Fraudsters operating from remote areas of other states have been targeting gullible citizens residing in Delhi and NCR. Recently, there were certain reported crimes in Cyber Police Station, Dwarka, Delhi.

Preliminary investigation directed the line of investigation towards the new emerging cybercrime hotspot in the areas of Rajasthan.

In order to take strict and impactful action against cyber fraudsters operating from cyber-crime hotspots and other growing cyber-crime areas, teams from *Cyber Police Station Dwarka District* was formed to target the fraudsters.

After intensive field work and analysis of data related to digital foot prints in 03 cases, all preliminary emerging intelligence led the team to the area of Tonk, Sikar and Jaipur where team of PS worked on the identified cases and the team undertook the operation in cyber-crime hotspots of Tonk, Sikar and Jaipur Districts of Rajasthan and Sirsa in Haryana.

In raids, 03 accused persons have been arrested and further search of other suspects is going on.

🟡 *TEAM & OPERATION:-*

In order to crackdown on cybercrime and to arrest cyber fraudsters from hotspots of Rajasthan & Gujrat under overall supervision of *Sh. Ankit Singh, IPS - DCP/Dwarka District, Delhi* and under close supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops and Insp. Rajeev Kumar SHO/PS Cyber Dwarka teams comprising SI Vijay Kumar, HC Sumit No. 1686/DW, HC Manoj No. 1530/DW, HC Pravesh No. 857/DW & HC Deepak No. 865/DW were formed and sent Tonk, Sikar District of Rajasthan.

Teams have arrested *03 cyber criminals within a week.*

🟡 *TASKING & OPERATION:-*

In swift actions across the area of Tonk, Sikar and Jaipur, tireless efforts yield the result of arrest of 03 cyber criminals.

Firstly, accused *Deepak R/o Tonk, Rajasthan* was arrested from Lalshot, Tonk in FIR No. 102/24, who used to provide bank accounts/sim for the alleged cyber fraud.

Then accused *Surendra Kumar Dudi R/o Sikar, Rajasthan* was arrested from Jaipur in FIR No. 09/25, who is receiver of the defrauded/cheated amount.

And third accused *Rajveer R/o Sirsa Haryana* was arrested in FIR No. 30/24 from Delhi, who received part of the defrauded/cheated amount.

🟡 *ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

1. *Deepak Verma S/o Babu Lal,* R/o Raigron Ka Mohalla, Newai, District Tonk, Rajasthan, aged 20 Yrs.
- Arrested in FIR No. 102/24, Dt. 11.12.2024, U/s 318(4)/61(2) BNS, Cyber Police Station Dwarka, ND.
- Date of arrest :- 02.07.25.
- Modus Operandi:- Investment fraud.

2. *Surendra Kumar Dudi S/o Mahaveer Prasad,* R/o Vill. Kishanpura Dhani, Navoda Bhojpur, Tehsil Khendla, District Sikar, Rajasthan.
- Arrested in FIR No. 09/25, Dt. 04.03.2025, U/s 318(4)/61(2) BNS, Cyber Police Station Dwarka, ND.
- Date of arrest :- 02.07.25
- Modus operandi :- Digital arrest.

03. *Rajveer S/o Shankar Lal,* R/o Village Nuhiyanwali, District, Sirsa, Haryana.
- Arrested in FIR No. 30/24, Dt. 29.05.2024, U/s 420/120-B/34 IPC, Cyber Police Station Dwarka, Delhi.
- Date of arrest :- 30.06.2025.
- Modus operandi:- Investment fraud.

🟡 *PROFILE OF THE ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS:-*

1. *Deepak Verma:-* He is 12th pass and pursuing further studies from a private college in Newai, Tonk. Father of the accused is paralysed and mother is doing household work. He has five elder sisters. He came is contact of one Rupesh Meena and was paid 3-5 thousand per account/sim.

2. *Surendra Kumar Dudi:-* He has done LLB and is preparing for LLM at Jaipur. Father is agriculturist. He has one brother and sister and he is youngest among his siblings. He was involved by his cousin namely Dharmender Dudi.

3. *Rajveer:-* Rajveer is 10th pass and was doing welding/repair work of agricultural equipment. Father is an agriculturist and has one younger brother. Gauri Shankar one of his friends allured him to open a current account in the name of his firm and manipulated the account.
