🚫 *DRUG DE-ADDICTION AWARENESS PROGRAM CONDUCTED AT GOVT. CO-ED SARVODAYA VIDHYALAYA, NIHAL VIHAR*

A comprehensive Drug De-addiction Awareness Program was organized at Government Co-Educational Sarvodaya Vidhyalaya, Nihal Vihar, by the Community Policing Cell of Outer District Police.

The initiative aimed at sensitizing students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and encouraging them to adopt a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Around 200 students actively participated in the session, which included informative talks, interactive discussions and awareness-building activities.

Officers from the Community Policing Cell highlighted the psychological, physical and social consequences of drug use and stressed the importance of staying vigilant against peer pressure and negative influences. They also shared helpline numbers and support channels available for individuals battling addiction.

The school administration appreciated the efforts of the Delhi Police and expressed hope that such initiatives will instill strong moral values and awareness among the youth.

The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where students openly shared their views and concerns, reflecting the program’s positive impact.
