*ACCUSED WANTED IN A DACOITY CASE OF PS MOTI NAGAR ARRESTED FROM LUCKNOW BY THE TEAM OF  AATS, WEST DISTRICT*

*INFORMATION, TEAM AND APPREHENSION*
As per the directions and guidelines, a dedicated team consisting of HC Dalbir, HC Ashish, HC Dinesh, HC Raj Kumar, HC Sanjeev, W/HC Anuradha and Ct. Dharmender was constituted to arrest proclaimed offenders. The team operated under the leadership of Inspector Manish Chaudhary, I/C AATS/West, and the overall supervision of ACP/Operation, West District, New Delhi.

On October 28, 2024, at approximately 7:30 PM, Police Station Moti Nagar received a call regarding a dacoity. The complainant reported that 7-8 persons had entered their house and robbed them of approximately ₹11 lakhs in cash and some jewelry, using firearms. A case was immediately registered under the relevant provisions of law. Teams from PS Moti Nagar and the district's operations team were tasked with identifying and apprehending the assailants. During the investigation, all accused persons except Manish Rawat were arrested. Subsequently, during the court trial, Manish Rawat was declared a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble court. The PO Cell team was then assigned to trace Manish Rawat, s/o Somnath r/o Ramesh Nagar, age 25 years. Based on the information received from a secret informer and technical surveillance, the team successfully apprehended Manish Rawat from Keshav Nagar-II, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
