With the arrest of a gambler, team PS Nand Nagri recovered 52 playing cards and cash Rs. 10500/- as bait amount.
On 14.07.25 during patrolling, a police team led by Inspr. Anand Yadav, SHO/PS Nand Nagri comprising of ASI Pramod, HC Deepak Nagar, HC Deepak and Ct. Deepak Chahar while patrolling near district park received secret information regarding gambling inside the park. Without wasting time the team reached inside the park and noticed some persons playing cards who sensing the police team threw their cards and fled from the spot but the alert team managed to caught hold of one person identified as Shahrukh S/o Harun R/o Nand Nagri, age-28 yrs.
52 playing cards and cash Rs. 10500/- were recovered from the spot. 
Accordingly, a case u/s 12/09/55 of Delhi Public Gambling Act was registered at PS Nand Nagri and investigation was taken up.
During investigation, accused Shahrukh disclose about other gamblers playing with him.
Further investigation in the case is in progress.
