•    VICTIM FORCED TO TRANSFER ₹2,000 VIA PAYTM AND ROBBED OF PURSE CONTAINING CASH AND DOCUMENTS
•    ROBBED PURSE CONTAINING ₹200, AADHAAR CARD, AND VICTIM’S PHOTOGRAPHS RECOVERED
•    KNIFE USED IN THE CRIME SEIZED FROM ACCUSED’S POSSESSION
•    ACCUSED IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 2 CRIMINAL CASES OF ARMS ACT AND ROBBERY.

BRIEF DETAIL OF INCIDENT:
On 11.07.2025 an incident of robbery near Ajmeri Gate Chowk was reported at PS Kamla Market. The complainant, reported that while travelling by auto with his friend, an unknown person boarded their auto, threatened them with a knife, and forced them to transfer ₹2,000 via Paytm. The accused also robbed a purse containing ₹200, an Aadhaar card, and personal photographs before fleeing.
Based on the victim’s statement, a case was registered vide FIR No. 246/2025 u/s 309(4)/317(2) BNS at PS Kamla Market.

TEAM & OPERATION:
    A dedicated team was constituted under the leadership of SHO/ Kamla Market & overall guidance of Ms Sulekha, ACP/Kamla Market. The team comprised SI Deepak Meena, Ct. Amit Kumar, Ct. Om Prakash.

The team initiated a prompt investigation using local intelligence and manual efforts. Within a short time, the accused was successfully traced and apprehended on 12.07.2025. He was identified as Md. Husain R/o Village Gangapur, PS Kurtha, District Patna, Bihar. From the possession of accused one robbed purse containing ₹200/-, Aadhaar card, and photographs of the victim and a kitchen knife used in the offence were recovered.
    
ACCUSED ARRESTED:
1.    Md. Hussain R/o Village Gangapur, PS Kurtha, District Patna, Bihar Age-29 years

RECOVERY:
1.    One robbed purse containing ₹200/-, Aadhaar card, and photographs of the victim.
2.    One kitchen knife used in the offence
