        The staff of police station R.K. Puram, South West District, Delhi has done a commendable job by apprehending one desperate criminal namely *Rahul @ Vicky R/o Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi, age 31 years.* With his arrest, one stolen motorcycle and one I-phone were recovered from his instance.

*INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST:*
    On 13/06/2025, the complainant reported theft of his mobile I-phone 15 pro from his pocket in a wine shop at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. In this regard, an e-FIR No. 80056677/2025, u/s 303(2)/317 (2) BNS, was registered at PS R.K. Puram, Delhi and investigation was taken up.

    To solve the case, a dedicated team under the leadership of Inspector Ravinder Kumar Tyagi, SHO/R.K. Puram, comprising SI Rahul Kanojiya, I/C PP Bhikaji Cama Place, HC Kuldeep and Ct. Rahul was formed under the close supervision of Dr. Garima Tiwari, ACP/Sub-Division Vasant Vihar, was already monitoring suspects involved in property crimes in the jurisdiction of PS R.K. Puram, South-West District, Delhi. The team visited the spot, studied the modus operandi and reviewed CCTV footages. During investigation, the team got vital clues with the help of CCTV footages and informers and succeeded to identify a criminal namely Rahul @ Vicky.  On the basis of specific input, a trap was laid and accused Rahul @ Vicky R/o Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi, age 31 years was apprehended from Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi. During interrogation and subsequent raids, the team recovered the stolen Motorcycle and one mobile phone make I-phone 15 Pro.
    
*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
    Accused Rahul @ Vicky R/o Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi, age 31 years has studied up to 12th class. During 2012-13, he fell into bad company and began consuming liquor and drugs. To fulfill his bad habits, he started committing crime. He is a desperate criminal and BC of PS Ambedkar Nagar. He is previously involved in 17 cases of snatching and theft in the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarojini Nagar, PS Safdarjung Enclave, PS Ambedkar Nagar, PS Amar Colony and PS R.K. Puram, Delhi. He released from jail in last week of May 2025 and again indulged in crime.

*RECOVERY:*
1. One stolen Honda Shine motorcycle
2. One stolen mobile I-phone 15 Pro.
