🔹️ *HE WAS DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT OF Smt. EBBANI AGGARWAL /JFMC/NORTH-WEST, ROHINI, NEW DELHI*

🚨 *POLICE STATION: PROCLAIMED OFFENDER CELL, OUTER DISTRICT* 🚨

In a proactive move to strengthen law enforcement and ensure justice, the Outer District Police has launched a special drive targeting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) who have evaded the law. This initiative is being carried out under the overall supervision and directive of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District. As part of the operation, the PO Cell, Outer District was constituted, comprising ASI Ranveer and HC Pardeep. The team has been specifically tasked with identifying, tracing and apprehending individuals who have been declared Proclaimed Offenders by the Hon’ble Court.

▶️ *OPERATION:*

On 08.07.2025, the team received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of a proclaimed offender (PO) namely Kishori lal The information indicated that the suspect was hiding in the vicinity of Nangloi, Delhi. Acting promptly on this confidential input, the team planned and executed a targeted raid at the specified location. The operation was carried out successfully, leading to the apprehension of the suspect. Subsequent verification confirmed the identity of the individual as Kishori lal.

Accused Kishori lal was declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Smt. Ebbani Aggarwal, JFMC, NW, Rohini Court, New Delhi in connection with FIR No. 587/2020 u/s 12/9/55 Gambling act, PS Raj Park, on 10.06.025. Further, the accused was arrested in Kalandara U/s 35.1(D) BNSS Dt.08.07.2025.
