    FOUR DESPERATE SNATCHERS/ROBBERS/AUTOLIFTERS ARRESTED BY THE STAFF OF PS AMAN VIHAR WITHIN 24 HOURS
    THREE ROBBED MOBILE PHONES AND ONE SILVER CHAIN RECOVERED

    
BRIEF
        A team led by Inspr. Ravinder Joshi, SHO/Aman Vihar under the supervision of Sh. Ajay Vedwal, ACP/Aman Vihar has done a commendable job by arresting four snatchers/robbers namely (1) Aakash @ AD, (2) Kishan Gaur @ Coach, (3) Vishnu and (4) Shivam @ Bhola, in two cases FIR No. 414/25 u/s 304(2)/3(5) BNS and FIR No. 416/25 u/s 309(4)/309(6)/311/3(5) BNS, PS Aman Vihar, respectively. During follow-up investigation, four stolen motorcycles, one scooty used in the commission of the crime, 3 robbed mobile phone, one robbed silver chain and one button-actuated knife were recovered from their possession.
INCIDENT AND ARREST
        On 03.07.2025, two incidents of snatching and robbery were reported at PS Aman Vihar. Accordingly, two cases vide FIR No. 414/25 u/s 304(2)/3(5) BNS and FIR No. 416/25 u/s 309(4)/309(6)/311/3(5) BNS were registered at PS Aman Vihar, respectively, wherein complainants alleged that some unknown persons came on a motorcycle and the pillion rider snatched and robbed their mobile phones and silver chain and fled away.
        In order to arrest the offenders, a team comprising SI Parminder, HCs Pradeep Kumar, Sunil Kumar & Narender and Ct Anil led by Insp. Ravinder Joshi, SHO/Aman Vihar under the supervision of Sh. Ajay Vedwal, ACP/Aman Vihar was constituted and an investigation was taken up into the matter. The designated team analyzed a number of CCTV footages in the area, collected human intelligence and monitored the activities of BCs & criminals released from jail. The police team also roped in a local informer to find the clue about the offenders. Based on the human intelligence & technical surveillance, the police team arrested four accused persons, who were involved in the said snatching and robbery cases. The accused were identified as (1) Aakash @ AD r/o Kirari Suleman Nagar, Delhi, aged 26 years, (2) Kishan Gaur @ Coach r/o Prem Nagar 3, Kirari, Delhi, aged 22 years, (3) Vishnu r/o Prem Nagar 3, Delhi, aged 22 years & (4) Shivam @ Bhola r/o Prem Nagar 3, Delhi, aged 19 years. On sustained questioning, they disclosed their involvement in the cases. During follow-up investigation, four stolen motorcycles, one scooty used in the commission of the crime, 3 robbed mobile phones, one robbed silver chain and one button-actuated knife were recovered from their possessions. Further investigation is in progress.

PROFILE OF THE ARRESTED PERSONS
(i)    Aakash @ AD is a resident of Kirari Suleman Nagar, Delhi and 26 years old. He has been previously involved in 01 criminal case of Robbery.
(ii)    Kishan Gaur @ Coach is a resident of Prem Nagar 3, Kirari, Delhi and 22 years old. He has been previously involved in 05 criminal cases of Snatching, Theft and Arms Act.
(iii)    Vishnu is a resident of Prem Nagar 3, Delhi and 22 years old. He has been previously involved in 02 criminal cases of Snatching and Arms Act.
(iv)    Shivam @ Bhola is a resident of Prem Nagar 3, Delhi and 19 years old.

RECOVERY 
i)    Four stolen motorcycles.
ii)    One stolen silver chain.
iii)    Three stolen mobile phones.
iv)    One scooty used in the commission of the crime.
v)    One knife used in the commission of the crime.
