✳️ * IN ARMS ACT CASE OF PS DELHI CANTT NABBED BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF, SOUTH WEST DISTRICT.*

✳️ *THE ACCUSED WAS DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT VIDE ORDER DATED 31.05.2017.*

✳️ *MANUAL & TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE LED TO THE ARREST OF ACCUSED.*

    The team of Special Staff, South West District has arrested a proclaimed offender namely *Akash @ Boni S/o Ganesh R/o Near Solanki Market, Madhu Vihar, Dwarka, Delhi, age 35 years.*

*INFORMATION, TEAM & ARREST:*
       Keeping in view of the pending cases of proclaimed offenders and to nab the absconding criminals who are evading the process of law, a dedicated team comprising HC Sanjay, HC Jagparvesh, HC Sumer, Ct. Suraj, Ct. Ashutosh & Ct. Akash was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Vijay Baliyan, I/C Special Staff and under the guidance of Sh. Vijay Kumar, ACP/Operations, South West District. The team activated the secret informers and staff was deployed in the area to trace the offenders. The team worked on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offenders.

    On 12.05.2025, it was learnt through secret sources that P.O. Akash @ Boni S/o Ganesh R/o Madhu Vihar, Dwarka, Delhi, Age 35 years is residing somewhere in the area of Dwarka. Enquiries were conducted in the area and secret informers were activated. Through technical surveillance and manual efforts, the team successfully apprehended the proclaimed offender near Rajapuri, Madhu Vihar, Dwarka, New Delhi. He was arrested and was produced before the Hon’ble court.

*PROCLAMATION:*
       On sustained enquiry and after checking the police records, the offender Akash @ Boni S/o Ganesh was found declared as Proclaimed Offender (PO) in case FIR No. 96/2012, u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Delhi Cantt, New Delhi by the Hon’ble vide order dated 31.05.2017.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
       Accused Akash @ Boni S/o Ganesh R/o Near Solanki Market, Madhu Vihar, Dwarka, Delhi, age 35 years is previously involved in 06 criminal cases registered at various police stations in Delhi.

      Information was given to PS Delhi Cantt, New Delhi regarding the arrest of the PO Akash @ Boni S/o Ganesh and he was sent to JC by the Hon’ble court.
