*🔹️10 ACCUSED ARRESTED UNDER THE DELHI GAMBLING ACT ACROSS JURISDICTION*

*🔹️CASH AMOUNT Rs. 1,20,490/- KEPT AT STAKE FOR GAMBLING WITH GAMBLING ARTICLES RECOVERED AND SEIZED*

In accordance with the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Outer District, all field staff have been thoroughly briefed and sensitized to remain vigilant within their respective areas, particularly concerning organized crime. Emphasis has been placed on proactive policing measures to ensure the maintenance of law and order, as well as to uphold the safety and security of citizens across the Outer District's jurisdiction.

*🚨 POLICE STATION: SPECIAL STAFF AND PS MANGOL PURI 🚨*

*▶️ OPERATION:-I*

On 05th July 2025, during patrolling duty, a joint team comprising staff from the Special Staff namely SI Vipin Kumar, ASI Murari, HC Vikas, and HC Upender and staff from PS Mangol Puri namely HC Vinod and Ct. Sushil, reached near Ramleela Ground, Mangol Puri, where they observed a group of individuals involved in illegal gambling activities. Upon noticing the presence of the patrolling team, the suspects attempted to flee from the scene. However, due to the swift and well-coordinated response by the police personnel, all six individuals were successfully apprehended on the spot before they could escape.

Cash amount Rs. 1,16,950/-, kept at stake for gambling, along with gambling-related materials, were recovered from the scene.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 475/2025 under Sections 12/9/55 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act was registered at Police Station Mangol Puri.

All the 06 accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.

*🚨 POLICE STATION: MANGOL PURI 🚨*

*▶️ OPERATION:-II*

On 04 July 2025, while  patrolling near O-Block MCD Park, Mangol Puri, HC Vinod and Ct. Sushil of Police Station Mangol Puri noticed two individuals engaged in illegal gambling activities. Upon spotting the police personnel, the suspects attempted to flee the scene. However, by the swift and coordinated response of the patrolling team, both the individuals were successfully apprehended on the spot before they could escape.

Cash amount Rs. 2,170/-, kept at stake for gambling, along with gambling-related materials, were recovered from the scene.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 473/2025 under Sections 12/9/55 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act has been registered at Police Station Mangol Puri.

Both the accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.

*🚨 POLICE STATION: SULTAN PURI 🚨*

*▶️ OPERATION:-III*

On 05 July 2025, during a routine crime prevention and detection patrol near C-1 Park, Sultan Puri, Head Constable Hansraj and Constable Nittu of PS Sultan Puri observed two individuals engaged in illegal gambling. Upon noticing the presence of police personnel, the suspects attempted to flee from the scene. However, due to the swift and coordinated response of the patrolling team, two individuals were successfully apprehended on the spot before they could escape.

Cash amount Rs. 1,370/- kept at the stake of gambling, along with gambling-related materials were recovered from the scene.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 468/2025 under sections 12/9/55 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act has been registered at Police Station Sultan Puri.

Both the accused persons were arrested and all recovered items were seized as case property.

7.     Devki Nandan R/o Mangol Puri, Delhi, Age- 37 years
8.     Bappi Das R/o Mangol Puri, Delhi, Age- 39 years
9.     Sandeep R/o Sultan Puri, Delhi, Age-32 years
10.   Pradeep R/o Sultan Puri, Delhi, Age-43 years
