An  bootlegger arrested by team of PS Nand Nagri.
250 Quarters of illicit liquor recovered from his possession.
One Scooty used in carrying the Illicit liquor also seized.
On 04.07.25 in the evening hours a police team comprising of HC Deepak and HC Rohit while patrolling on road near 212 Park, B- Block, Nand Nagari noticed one person on a Scooty carrying two gunny bags in suspicious condition. 
As the police team signalled him to stop, noticing police team he left his scooty and started running but was chased and intercepted by the alert team.
On checking, 250 quarters of illicit liquor were recovered from his bags. Accordingly, a case u/s 33 Excise Act has been registered at PS Nand Nagri.
His identity was established as Vikas Kasana S/o Vijay Pal Kasana R/o Indrapuri Loni, Ghaziabad age -23 years. The scooty bearing registration number DL-14 SX-4413 used in transportation of illicit liquor was also seized.
On his sustained interrogation he admitted for his crime and revealed about his source of supply.
Further investigation in the case is in progress.
