A DESPERATE CRIMINAL/THIEF FLEEING FROM CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM - EVADING JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER; ARRESTED & AGAIN SENT BEHIND BARS BY TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, CENTRAL DISTRICT.

•    ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE TEAMS OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, CENTRAL DISTRICT.
•    ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF LOCAL INFORMATION AND MANUAL SURVEILLANCE.
•    ACCUSED PERSON WAS EVADING THE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TO DODGE THE PUNISHMENT.
•    ACCUSED PERSON HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN INVOLVED IN 06 CRIMINAL CASES.

A special drive against proclaimed offenders is being continuously carried out in the Central District. A dedicated team of Anti-Narcotics Cell was constituted which arrested a Proclaimed offender namely Sharukh @Habbal.

Team & Operation: -

    A dedicated team of Anti-narcotics cell, ASI Sunil, HC Manish, HC Sachin,HC Rahul was constituted under the supervision of Insp Ashish K. Dubey and overall supervision of Sh Suresh Khunga, ACP Ops.

    The teams continued to work on technical and manual information to trace the proclaimed offender Sharukh @ Habbal. The team visited the residence of the accused person, but he was not available. The team maintained close monitoring through technical surveillance, and information was also gathered from secret informers.

    On July 03, 2025, information was received that the accused person, Sharukh @ Habbal, was present  near the red light of Shastri Park Delhi. The team from Anti-narcotics cell, immediately reached the spot, and on the informer's instance, accused Sharukh @ Habbal r/o Vagabond Shastri Park Delhi, Age-25 years was apprehended.

    Upon checking the records, it was found that accused Sharukh @ Habbal  was declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No-372/2023, u/s 379/511 IPC, P.S - Civil Lines Delhi on 11/11/2024 by the Hon'ble Court of Sh Gaurav Goyal JMFC T.H.C Court Delhi. Accordingly, the accused person was arrested vide D.D.No-39A, Dated 03/07/2025, U/S 35.1(D) B.N.S.S. PS Kamla Market Delhi.

Accused Arrested: - 
Sharukh @ Habbal r/o Vagabond Shastri Park Delhi, Age-25 years

He is previously involved in 06 criminal cases.
