*🔹️HE WAS DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT*

*🚨 POLICE STATION: MUNDKA 🚨*

In a proactive move to strengthen law enforcement and ensure justice, the Outer District Police has launched a special drive targeting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) who have evaded the law. This initiative is being carried out under the overall supervision and directions of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District.

As part of this operation, a dedicated police team was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Jaipal Singh, ACP/Nangloi and under the leadership of Inspector Gulshan Gupta, SHO/Mundka The team comprises Head Constable Dinesh and Head Constable Sunil from Police Station Mundka, both of whom have been assigned the responsibility of identifying, tracing and arresting individuals declared as Proclaimed Offenders by the court.

*▶️ OPERATION:*

On July 01 2025, the team received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of a proclaimed offender identified as     Monu@Hitanshu. According to the information, the individual was believed to be hiding in the vicinity of Tikri Kalan. Acting swiftly on this confidential input, a targeted operation was meticulously planned and executed at the specified location. The raid was conducted successfully, resulting in the apprehension of the suspect. Subsequent verification confirmed the identity of the individual as     Monu@Hitanshu.

Accused Monu@Hitanshu was declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Rakesh Kumar, ASJ, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in connection with the case CC no. 182/21 on 24.05.2022 and he was wanted in FIR No. 254/25 u/s 209 BNS, PS Mundka.

He was arrested under section 35.1(D) of the BNSS Act on 01.07.2025.
