ONE LADY PROCLAIMED OFFENDER WAS APPREHENDED BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF EAST DISTRICT, DELHI

    Special Staff, East District, Delhi, apprehended one lady Namely P proclaimed offender, from New Ashok Nagar area, Delhi.
    Accused Poonam has been previously involved in 03 criminal cases, including offences under the Arms Act.
     A dedicated team analyzed CDRs, developed local intelligence, and conducted technical surveillance to apprehend Accused P.

In a swift and well-coordinated operation, the Special Staff of East District has arrested a desperate and habitual offender, P R/o, Madhu Vihar aged 38-years.

INCIDENT: -
In compliance with directions vide Reference No. 1521-SO ER AC-III dated 09.06.2025, issued by the worthy Joint CP, Eastern Range, a dedicated operation was initiated to trace P, resident of Madhu Vihar, Delhi. The accused had been declared a Proclaimed Offender (PO) in connection with FIR No. 125/2024 under Sections 302/212/120B/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, registered at PS Madhu Vihar.
A special team comprising HC Hemant, HC Naresh, W/HC Kalpana, and W/Ct. Sarita was formed under the supervision of I/C Special Staff and the close guidance of ACP/Operations, East District. The team launched a detailed operation, employing both technical surveillance and manual intelligence gathering, and interrogated more than 50 individuals linked with the absconding accused. After sustained efforts, on 02.07.2025, the team successfully apprehended the PO from Dallupura area, New Ashok Nagar, while she was attempting to escape amidst heightened police surveillance.

2.    FIR No. 430/2023, U/s 33 Excise Act – PS Madhu Vihar

MOTIVE OF THE ACCUSED:
The accused is a habitual offender involved in violent and illegal activities, including murder, attempted murder, and excise-related violations. Her prolonged absconding indicates a clear attempt to evade justice and continue operating within criminal networks.
