🔹️ *VIGILANT PATROLLING STAFF OF PS NIHAL VIHAR AND PS MANGOLPURI ARRESTED 02 ACCUSED UNDER ARMS ACT*

🔹️ *02 BUTTON ACTUATED KNIVES RECOVERED AND SEIZED*

In accordance with the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Outer District, all police personnel have been thoroughly briefed and sensitized to maintain  vigilance across their respective areas of responsibility. Emphasis has been laid on proactive policing measures to ensure the maintenance of law and order, as well as to safeguard the safety and security of citizens within the jurisdiction of the Outer District.

🚨 *POLICE STATION: NIHAL VIHAR* 🚨

▶️ *OPERATION AND RECOVERY:I*

On 1st July 2025, during routine beat patrol duty, Constable Rahul of Police Station Nihal Vihar reached near Saini Sweets, Nihal Vihar, where he observed an individual exhibiting suspicious behavior. The individual abruptly changed direction upon noticing the presence of police personnel, thereby raising further suspicion.

Demonstrating alertness, the officer immediately initiated a pursuit. The suspect was successfully intercepted and apprehended at the spot. Upon preliminary questioning, he disclosed his identity as Abhishek @ Mota.

A cursory search of the suspect led to the recovery of one button-actuated knife from his possession.

As a result, a case was registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar vide FIR No. 463/2025 under Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act.

The accused was arrested and the recovered button-actuated knife was seized in connection with the case.

🚨 *POLICE STATION: MANGOLPURI* 🚨

▶️ *OPERATION AND RECOVERY:II*

On 1st July 2025, during routine beat patrol duty, Constable Jitender of Police Station Mangolpuri reached Tiranga Park, J-Block, Mangolpuri, where he observed an individual exhibiting suspicious behavior. The person abruptly changed direction upon noticing the presence of police personnel, thereby raising further suspicion.

Demonstrating alertness, the officer immediately initiated a pursuit. The suspect was successfully intercepted and apprehended on the spot. Upon preliminary questioning, he disclosed his identity as Sunny.

A cursory search of the suspect led to the recovery of a button-actuated knife from his possession.

As a result, a case was registered at PS Mangolpuri vide FIR No. 464/2025 under Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act. Further investigation revealed that he is previously involved in an Excise case of PS Mangolpuri.

The accused was arrested, and the recovered button-actuated knife was seized in connection with the case.
