⭕ *ACCUSED ARRESTED WITH ILLEGAL FIRE ARMS & CARTRIDGES, BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 ACCUSED WAS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 03 CRIMINAL CASES OF ROBBERY & EXCISE ACT.

🔰01 _DESHI KATTA_ WITH 02 LIVE CARTRIDGES RECOVERED.

🔰 ACCUSED IS BC OF PS JAFARPUR KALAN.

🔰 ACCUSED WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE GANGESTERS & INTENDED TO ESTABLISH HOLD IN THE SOCIETY.

🔰 HE TOO WANTED TO BE THE KING OF ILLICIT LIQUOR BUSINESS.

🔰 FURTHERING THE MISSION - *'NO GUNS NO GANGS'*,  VALIANT COPS AGAIN STRIKE HARD.

Pinning down such criminals, averting untoward incidents, allowing no illegal guns - with this mandate, *Sh. Ankit Singh, IPS - DCP Dwarka District* had flagged off the Operation - *“No Guns, No Gangs”.* We are realising the aim with utmost dedication.

In line with the same, the alert staff of *Special Staff, Dwarka District* has pulled off a commendable job by arresting *Pardeep Kumar @ Jonny S/o Sh. Dharampal Singh,* aged 38 years with recovery of 01 _deshi katta_ and 02 live cartridges.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAMS: -*

A dedicated team comprising SI Jaibir Singh, HC Dev Kumar No. 413/DW, HC Sandeep No. 1812/DW, HC Sudhir Pal No. 1116/DW & HC Ajay Kumar No. 2183/DW was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Vishvendra - I/c Spl. staff Dwarka and overall guidance of ACP Ops. Dwarka to check the active listed BCs, externees, active criminals & left over criminals, etc. who are indulging in crime.  

🟡 *INFORMATION & ARREST:-*

On 26.06.2025, at about 02.00 PM, when *the team of Special Staff* was present at Rawta More, Jaffarpur, informer met and told that one *Pardeep Kumar @ Jonny* who is a BC of PS Jaffarpur, is standing in Gali No. 14, Rawta More. Staff reached at the spot & nabbed him.

On frisking, 01 country made _Deshi Katta_ and 02 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. His name & address were revealed as *Pardeep Kumar @ Jonny S/o Sh Dharampal Singh,* R/o VPO Jaffarpur Kalan, Delh, aged 38 years.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 89/25, Dt. 26.06.25, u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Jaffarpur, Delhi was registered and investigation was taken up.

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED : -*

Accused *Pardeep Kumar @ Jonny S/o Sh Dharampal Singh,* R/o VPO Jaffarpur Kalan, Delh, aged 38 years.

He has studied up till 11th class. His father is a farmer and mother a house wife. He has two children. His financial condition was not good, so he indulged in the business of illicit liquor, and further possessed _deshi katta_ to establish dominance in the area.

*He is a BC of PS Jaffarpur.*
