▶️ *BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE*

In the night of 30.06.2025, while on emergency duty, HC Vishal Chillar and HC Jitender were returning after attending a call, they received credible human intelligence from a secret informer about an illegal gambling activity being operated in front of E-Block, near E-110 Juggi, Peeragarhi Camp, Delhi.

▶️ *TEAM CONSTITUTION:*

A dedicated team comprising HC Vishal Chillar, HC Jitender, HC Gajender, HC Mukesh, HC Ramdev, HC S.R Meena led by Inspr. Sunder Singh, Bravo/Paschim Vihar East under the close supervision of Sh. Patil Swagat Rajkumar, ACP/Paschim Vihar was constituted to smash the illegal racket.

▶️ *OPERATION AND INTERROGATION:*

On the basis of credible human intelligence received from a secret informer, a strategic trap was laid and a targeted raid was conducted in the vicinity of E-Block, near E-110 Juggi Peeragarhi camp, Delhi by the vigilant team of PS Paschim Vihar East.

During the raid, 23 Gamblers were caught red-handed while actively engaged in gambling activities.

Upon inspection of the crime scene, the following items were recovered and seized: Cash amounting to ₹ 56,090/- with various other gambling articles.

Accordingly, a case was registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar East vide FIR No. 220/2025 under Sections 12/09/55, Dt 30.06.2025 of the Delhi Public Gambling Act.

All the 23 accused were arrested & the recovered cash and gambling articles were seized as case property.
