On 10.05.2025, complainant E. Mohammad r/o Gali K. Sadar Bazar, Delhi, approached PS Sadar Bazar and informed that his male child aged 08 years was missing from his house since the morning hours.

A dedicated police team led by *SI Sameer, comprising Ct Narender and Ct Naveen* was immediately formed under the supervision of *Inspr. Shahdev Singh Tomar, SHO/PS Sadar Bazar, under guidance of ACP/Sub-Division, Sadar Bazar, Delhi.*

Sincere efforts were made to trace the missing child. Messages narrating the details of the missing child were flashed among the police personnel of PS Sadar Bazar as well as to the nearby police stations. His photograph was also circulated on MWAs and RWAs WhatsApp groups and announcements were also made from the Mosques. Besides, manual search was made in the nearby places/markets and Rain Basera etc. as well as one-to-one enquiry was made from the shopkeepers, passers-by and vendors of the area. Simultaneously, footages of around 75 CCTV cameras were also checked. Finally, after continuous efforts, an information was received that the missing child was seen near at Jhandewalan Temple, Paharganj and after that he was traced from the Market area of Karol Bagh, Delhi, within hours. During further verification, it was learnt that the child was playing outside his house and during playing, he headed towards Jhandewalan temple and forget the way to his house.

After proper verification, the child was re-united with his family, which brought back the smile to their faces, who thanked the team of PS Sadar Bazar from the bottom of their hearts and the family members of the child expressed their gratitude and many blessings to the staff of PS Sadar Bazar for the prompt response.
