*🔹️ONE PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED BY THE DEDICATED PO TEAM OF PS MANGOL PURI*

*🔹️HE WAS DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT*

*🚨 POLICE STATION: MANGOL PURI 🚨*

In a proactive move to strengthen law enforcement and ensure justice, the Outer District Police has launched a special drive targeting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) who have evaded the law. This initiative is being carried out under the overall supervision and directions of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District.

As part of this operation, a dedicated police team was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Murari Lal, ACP/Mangol Puri, and under the leadership of Inspector Joginder Singh, SHO/Mangol Puri. The team comprises Head Constable Sukhjeet and Head Constable Ajay from Police Station Mangol Puri, both of whom have been assigned the responsibility of identifying, tracing and arresting individuals declared as Proclaimed Offenders by the court.

*▶️ OPERATION:*

On June 23, 2025, the team received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of a proclaimed offender identified as Mahipal. According to the information, the individual was believed to be hiding in the vicinity of Mangolpuri. Acting swiftly on this confidential input, a targeted operation was meticulously planned and executed at the specified location. The raid was conducted successfully, resulting in the apprehension of the suspect. Subsequent verification confirmed the identity of the individual as Mahipal.

Accused Mahipal was declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Reetika Jain, JMFC, Rohini Court, Delhi in connection with the case FIR No. 1270/2021 U/s 12/9/55 Gambnling Act, PS Mangolpuri on 31.05.2025.

He was arrested under section 35.1(D) of the BNSS Act on 23.06.2025.
