Today, i.e., on 20th June 2025 at 11:00 AM,  Manish Sisodia, former Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, appeared before the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) in connection with FIR No. 31/2025 registered under Section 13(1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018, read with Sections 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code at PS ACB, GNCTD.

The case pertains to irregularities and a large-scale scam involving the construction of classrooms and school buildings in Delhi Government schools at highly inflated costs.

Shri Sisodia was examined in the presence of an independent ‘Panch’ witness, and his responses were recorded regarding various facts and circumstances related to the case.

Following the completion of today’s examination, Shri Sisodia left the ACB office at 2:30 PM.

Further investigation in the matter is underway.
