    NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL AND PROCLAIMED OFFENDER WANTED IN A MURDER CASE OF PS BURARI NABBED AFTER 13 YEARS 
    ACCUSED WAS ON THE RUN SINCE LAST 13 YEARS
    ACCUSED WAS HIDING HIMSELF BY CHANGING HIS IDENTITY AND ADDRESSES LASTLY
    ACCUSED WAS DECLARED PO BY THE COURT IN 2013
INTRODUCTION:
        In a significant breakthrough, the NR-1, Crime Branch has arrested a notorious criminal namely Rajeev @ Kallu @ Itwari s/o Rameshwar Dyal r/o Prem Nagar, Delhi, Age-45 years wanted in a murder case of PS Burari registered vide case FIR NO. 03/2010, Dated- 04/01/10, U/S 302/365/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Burari, Delhi after a considerable period of almost 13 years. Accused was on the run since last 13 years and during this period he changed a number of identity and addresses. 
INCIDENT: 
On 27.12.2009, complainant Mr. Kumar Kant Chaudhary s/o Chander Kant Chaudhary r/o Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi got lodged a complaint regarding missing of his son namely Sunil Kumar, Aged-22 Years, upon which, on 04/01/2010, a case FIR No. 03/10, U/S-365 IPC, PS- Burari was registered. Later-on, on receipt of the dead body of deceased Sunil Kumar, section 302/120/201/34 IPC were added into the case and all three accused persons including present accused was arrested and sent in Judicial Custody. 
Thereafter, during trial of the case, on 05/02/2013, the accused got interim bail for 15 days on account of death of his mother and jumped the bail and did not surrender before any authority of law. During trial, on 05/09/13, accused was declared PO by the court of Sh. Atul Kumar Garg, Ld. ASJ, Tis Hajari Court. Since then the accused was hiding himself by changing his identity and addresses. 
INFORMATION TEAM & OPERATION: 
On receiving of above information, a dedicated team headed by Insp Pukhraj Singh comprising the staff SI Niranjan, ASI Pawan, HC Narender, HC Mukesh, HC Sachin, Ct Manoj, ASI Neeraj, HC Pawan and HC Dinesh (Technical Expert) overall supervision of Sh. Ashok Sharma ACP/NR-1, was constituted by undersigned to nab absconding criminal.
Insp. Pukhraj & SI Niranjan made painstaking efforts to collect information regarding the location of accused. Information was further developed through field sources and technical analysis. Lastly it came to know that accused Rajeev is residing in Banglore with the changed identity i.e. Bobby s/o Shri Ram and presently doing a job of driver. Insp. Pukhraj and SI Niranjan also got a crucial tip-off through the secret sources that on 18/06/25, he will come at his house in Prem Nagar, Delhi. He could be arrested, if a raid is conducted.  

INTERROGATION: 
On interrogation accused Rajeev Kumar disclosed that he was involved in the murder of deceased Sunil Kumar along with his associates Lakhan s/o Kartar Singh and Rameshwar Dyal s/o Shiv Dyal (Father). They all murdered the deceased Sunil Kumar due to love angel of his cousin sister with deceased Sunil Kumar. After committing murder all three accused dumped the dead body in a village of Gaziabad, UP. Thereafter, all accused were arrested and sent to Judicial Custody.
After getting interim bail, the accused Rajeev escaped to his in laws house in Nepal, where he stayed more than 6 months. Thereafter, he went to Banglore and started private job. During this period, he changed a number of jobs with the different names and identity.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON:  
Accused Rajeev is an illiterate person. In 2009, he resided in Prem Nagar and married with a Nepali girl namely Neeru, who resided in Mangolpuri. At that time, the accused was working as a property dealer in Prem Nagar, Delhi.  
Presently, accused Rajeev Kumar is doing a job of driver in Bangluru with the changed identity namely Bobby s/o Shri Ram.
