Both accused involved in the crime have been arrested. 
The robbed motorcycle and the knife used in the crime have been recovered from their possession.
On 15.06.2025, at approximately 06:30 AM, information regarding the robbery of a motorcycle after a stabbing incident was received at PS Harsh Vihar. Upon reaching the spot, it was found that the victim, ABC (age 17), had already been taken to GTB Hospital.
During enquiry, the injured victim reported that at around 5:00 AM, he got into an argument with two individuals, Gaurav and Chandan, in Pratap Nagar over an old monetary dispute between Gaurav and Priyanshu—a friend of the victim. During the altercation, Gaurav and Chandan stabbed him and robbed his motorcycle.
Accordingly, a case under sections 309(4)/309(6)/311/3(5) of the BNS was registered at PS Harsh Vihar, and investigation was initiated.
A team led by Inspector Pradeep Kumar, SHO/PS Harsh Vihar, under the supervision of Shri Jasod Singh Mehta, ACP/Nand Nagri, collected evidence through CCTV footage and deployed informers. The team successfully arrested both suspects:
•    Chandan Paswan S/o Prabhu Paswan, R/o Sevadham Road, Saboli, age- 23 yrs.
•    Gaurav Sharma S/o Jagbir Sharma, R/o Pratap Nagar, age- 21 yrs.
The robbed motorcycle (No. DL-7SCU-3372) and a knife used in the crime were recovered from their possession.
During the investigation, it was revealed that accused Gaurav Sharma was released on bail in April – 2025 from Dasna Jail in connection with a murder case registered in 2024 at PS Loni Border, Ghaziabad, UP.
Further verification revealed that the complainant in the present case is also a Child in Conflict with Law (CCL).
Investigations are ongoing, and efforts are being made to trace their involvement in other criminal cases.
