*PRESS RELEASE* WEST DISTRICT DELHI POLICE Dated:- 04.05.2025 *TWO DRUG PADDLERS APPREHENDED BY THE TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS SQUAD, WEST DISTRICT* 👉🏼 *_Accused persons namely Sujeet Kumar and Badal Pandit arrested_* 👉🏼 *_More than 4Kg Ganjha recovered_* The diligent team of Narcotics Squad West District has done commendable work by apprehending two drug paddlers namely Sujeet Kumar and Badal Pandit with the recovery of around 4Kg Ganjha. *INFORMATION TEAM AND OPERATION* To curb the menace of smuggling and consumption of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Narcotic Squad West District had deployed its technical and manual surveillance upon drug paddlers. In continuation of these efforts, on 02.06.2025, a specific information regarding supply of Ganjha near Tagore Garden was received. Immediately, a team consisting of Insp Manish Kumar Verma, SI Chandra Shekhar, HC vinod, HC Gajanand, HC Dinesh was formed. Immediately, a raid was conducted at Balaji Swimming Centre Central School Tagore Garden and the accused persons namely Sujeet Kumar and Badal Pandit were arrested. Upon conducting their search, as per legal procedures, the accused persons were found carrying a plastic sack containing contraband (Ganjha). The total weight of the contraband (Ganjha) was measured as slightly more than 4Kg. The same was seized and taken into police possession. Accordingly, a case under the provisions of NDPS Act was registered at PS Rajouri Garden and accused persons were arrested. Further investigation is going on regarding source. *ACCUSED PERSONS* 1.
