🔹️ *SHE WAS DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT OF MR. ABHINAV PANDEY, MM, THC, NEW DELHI*

🚨 *POLICE STATION: PO CELL, OUTER DISTRICT* 🚨

In a proactive move to strengthen law enforcement and ensure justice, the Outer District Police has launched a special drive targeting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) who have evaded the law. This initiative is being carried out under the overall supervision and directive of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District.

As part of the operation, a dedicated team from the Proclaimed Offender (PO) Cell of the Outer District was constituted, comprising ASI Ranveer,  HC Pardeep, and W/HC Pinki. The team has been specifically tasked with identifying, tracing, and apprehending individuals who have been declared Proclaimed Offenders by the Hon’ble Court.

▶️ *OPERATION:*

On 29.05.2025, the team received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of a female proclaimed offender (PO) identified as 'P'. The information indicated that the suspect was hiding in the vicinity of Raghubir Nagar. Acting promptly on this confidential input, the team planned and executed a targeted raid at the specified location. The operation was carried out successfully, leading to the apprehension of the suspect. Subsequent verification confirmed the identity of the individual as 'P', thereby validating the received intelligence.

Accused 'P' was declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Mr. Abhinav Pandey, MM, THC, New Delhi, on 19.12.2019 in connection with the case FIR No. 500/2016 u/s 420/34 IPC, PS Moti Nagar Delhi. She was arrested in a Kalandra under Section 35.1(D) of the BNSS Act on 29/05/2025.
