⭕ 01 INTERSTATE ILLICIT LIQUOR SUPPLIER ARRESTED WITH *1000 QUARTERS, 36 BOTTLES OF ILLEGAL LIQUOR & 252 BOTTLES OF BEER*, BEING FERRIED IN HYUNDAI i 20 CAR, BY THE TEAM OF ANTI NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT.

🔰 44 CARTOONS (1000 QUARTERS AND 36 BOTTLES OF COUNTRY MADE LIQUOR AND 252 BOTTLES OF BEER) OF ILLEGAL LIQUOR RECOVERED WITH THE ARREST OF SUPPLIER NAMELY RAJU.

🔰 ANTI NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT YET AGAIN CONDUCTED DRIVE AGAINST ILLICIT LIQUOR SUPPLIERS AND CONTINUED THE ADMIRABLE WORK IN THE YEAR 2025 AS WELL UNDER THE SEASONED INSP. SUBHASH CHAND.

🔰 HYUNDAI i 20 CAR USED FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF ILLICIT LIQUOR ALSO CONFISCATED. FIR NO. 174/2025, U/S 33/38/58(D) DELHI EXCISE ACT & 112 BNS, PS NAJAFGARH REGISTERED.

🔰 ACCUSED RAJU IS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN ONE CASE OF ILLICIT LIQUOR SUPPLY IN PS KAPASHERA.

🔰 ACCUSED USED TO PROCURE ILLICIT LIQUOR FROM HARYANA NEAR KMP KHARKHODA ROHTAK, HARYANA & SUPPLIED IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF DELHI.

The active staff of *Anti-Narcotics cell, Dwarka District* has done commendable work by the arrest of one person namely:-

*Raju S/o Hawa Singh,* R/o VPO Kalkha, Tehsil Matlodha, Distt. Panipat, Haryana, Age 25 Yrs.

with recovery of large quantity of illicit liquor i.e. *44 cartoons (TOTAL- 1000 Quarters and 36 bottles of country made liquor and 252 bottles of Beer) and one Hyundaai i 20 car* used for supply of illicit liquor.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM:-*

As desired by *DCP Dwarka District* a special drive against interstate illegal liquor suppliers is on to prevent illegal liquor supply.

A special team led by Insp. Subhash Chand comprising HC Jitendra Yadav No. 657/DW, HC Sandeep Kumar No. 383/DW, HC Jai Bhagwan No. 2092/DW and HC Mahipal No. 2105/DW under the supervision of ACP/ Operation - Sh. Ram Avtar was constituted to check the movement of such persons.

In pursuance of the task, team started making surveillance over vehicles used to supply illicit liquor and entering Delhi by crossing Delhi-Haryana Borders situated in *Dwarka District.*

Traps, surveillance teams were laid at the several entry points of borders adjoining Dwarka District. Secret informers were also deployed to track vehicles and gather clues in this regard. A special drive against illicit liquor to bust the Illicit Liquor suppliers is continued.

🟡 *INFORMATION & ARREST: -*

Finally, on 24.05.2025 a specific information was received by the team that one interstate supplier namely *Raju* who is indulged in supplying of illicit liquor and used to procure illicit liquor from Kharkhoda, Rohtak HR and supplied it in Najafgarh and Nangloi area of Delhi.

As per information, trap laid here was even more beefed up and at the instance of secret informer, accused Raju was apprehended with one Hyundai i 20 White Coloured Car No. DL10CAXXXX. On checking, a large quantity of illicit liquor - a total 44 Cartoons were recovered from Hyundai i 20 White Colour Car. Team Anti Narcotics Cell was fully vigilant to nab the liquor supplier and a trap was laid opposite to Metro Pillar No. 77 in front of SP Kapoor Farm, Indra Park, Najafgarh, Delhi.

When the Hyundai i 20 car almost flying towards Uttam Nagar road neared, HC Jitendra No. 657/DW  and HC Sandeep No. 383/DW swiftly blocked his way by their vehicle and no chance was left to run ahead. Consequently HC Jai Bhagwan No. 2092/DW backed up from rear and blocked both sides in a quick action mode. Team caught the accused while he was trying to run leaving the vehicle behind. During his interrogation, HC Mahipal No. 2105/W found out the liquor suppliers indulged in the illegal business.

As per recovery, a case vide FIR No. 174/2025, U/s 33/38/58(d) Delhi Excise Act & 112 BNS was registered and after sustained interrogation, accused Raju was arrested in the present case and produced before the court, 02 days PC remand was taken to ascertain Source and Supply Chain of the illicit liquor. Team worked hard & raids are being conducted to nab co accused.

🟡 *PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON: -*

1. *Raju S/o Hawa Singh,* R/o VPO Kalkha, Tehsil Matlodha, Distt. Panipat, Haryana, Age 25 Yrs.

He is a young aged man and working as a driver. His mother expired in Childhood and father is paralysed. He has 05 sisters and is living with his wife and daughter in his village. He started driving Job on Hyundai i 20 Car on daily wages basis at Rs. 1000/- per day for supplying illicit liquor from Kharkhoda to Delhi.

He is less educated and did not find another suitable job. He is a resident of Vill Kalkha, Tehsil Matlodha, Distt. Panipat, Haryana. He came in contact with one Johny who offered him to work as a driver on his illicit liquor supply Vehicle by loading at Kharkhoda Haryana and leaving the vehicle at Nangloi.

So he started living in Kanjhawla in a rented house and started liquor supply for Johny in Delhi. He is previously involved in one illicit liquor sale case in PS Kapashera, Delhi.

Accused is previously involved in case FIR No. FIR No. 527/2023, U/s 33/58/52 Delhi Excise Act, PS Kapashera, Delhi.

🟡 *RECOVERY: -*

- Total 44 Cartoons recovered from car (Quarter 1000 qtrs + 36 Bottles of country made liquor and 252 Bottles of Beer) _Deshi_ Illicit liquor named as ADS Santra, Falcon’s Santra, Murthal No.1 and Kingfisher Beer for sale in Haryana only

- One Hyundai I 20 Car supplying of illicit Liquor.
