🔰 ACCUSED DHIRENDER @ BINI @ ABHISHEK WAS DECLARED PO ON 20.12.2023 IN CASE No.  88/2022, U/S 33/38/58D DELHI EX.ACT, PS DWARKA SEC-23 BY Ms. SAMIKSHA GUPTA, LD. ACJM, SOUTH WEST DWARKA COURT, DELHI.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM:-*

As directed by *DCP/Dwarka District,* special drive against Proclaimed Offenders is on, accordingly a dedicated team headed by Inspr. Manish Kumar Yadav comprising ASI Hans No. 18/DW, HC Pradeep No. 2088/DW, HC Kulwant Singh No. 681/DW, Ct. Jaideep No. 1935/DW and Ct. Ankur No. 1276/DW of PO Jail Bail & Proclaimed Offender Cell Dwarka in the overall close supervision of ACP Sh. Ram Avatar ACP/Ops  was constituted to ARREST /TRACE Proclaimed Offenders/Active BC/ Jail Release.

🟡 *INFORMATION & APPREHENSION:-*

The dedicated team worked on technical and manual information. On 26.05.25, a secret information was received by HC Pradeep that *Dhirender @ Binni @ Abhisek* was evading trial in a case registered at PS Dwarka Sec-23 and he was declared PO from Dwarka Court in this case & that he is presently residing at VPO Bapoli District Panipat, Haryana.  

Acting on this specific information, team rushed and reached the spot. Based on this secret information, one person was apprehended from VPO Bapoli, Distt. Panipat, Haryana.

After checking the record, accused  *Dhirender@ Binni @ Abhisek S/o Satbir,* R/o VPO Bapoli, Distt Panipat (HR), Age 22 Yrs was found declared PO on 20-12-2023 by *Ms Samiksha Gupta, Ld. ACJM, Dwarka Court, Delhi, in Case FIR No. 88/2022, U/s 33/38/58D Delhi Ex Act, PS Dwarka Sec-23.*

Subsequently, he was arrested U/s 35.1(D) BNSS.
