⭕    *04 PERSONS INCLUDING 02 BCs OF PS SAGARPUR AS WELL AS ONE RECEIVER, ARRESTED. THEY WERE INVOLVED IN A GOLD CHAIN SNATCHING CASE. TEAM : PS DWARKA SOUTH, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 01 DESI KATTA & 01 BUTTONDAR KNIFE RECOVERED FROM THEM.

🔰 01 SNATCHED GOLD CHAIN RECOVERED WHICH WAS DEPOSITED IN MANAPPURAM GOLD LOAN & LOAN WAS TAKEN BY MORTGAGING THE SAME.

🔰 ONE HERO SPLENDOUR BIKE DL1SAHXXXX USED IN CRIME WAS ALSO RECOVERED.

🟡 *BRIEF DETAILS OF INCIDENT:-*

On 23.05.2025, a PCR call 
was received at *PS Dwarka South* regarding snatching of a chain of a 
lady. On receipt of PCR Call, SHO Dwarka South 
along with staff reached there. The complainant said that she was going for a morning walk from Shiksha Bharti School to Ganpati Chowk & two boys came on a Black color Hero Splendor motor cycle, snatched her gold chain and fled from the spot.

On the complaint of the victim, a case vide *FIR No. 234/25, U/s 304(2)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Dwarka-South* and investigation was taken up.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM*:-

A dedicated team comprising ASI Parmender, ASI Mahabir 1539/DW, HC Praveen Yadav 101/DW, HC Surender 764/DW, HC Sudhir No. 987/SW ,HC Kedar No. 1084/SW, HC Manoj 828/DW and Ct. Tushar No. 1803/DE  under the supervision of SHO/Dwarka South Insp. Gulshan Nagpal (officiating as SHO), Insp. Ramesh Chander, L&O and overall supervision of ACP/Dwarka Kishor Kumar Rewala was constituted to nab the culprits.

During investigation, it transpired that the culprits had covered the number plates and also modified the bike. To trace the culprits, more than *150 CCTV cameras* were checked and local informers were contacted.  

The information was developed and on 25.05.2025, two persons namely:-

1. *Akash Gupta S/o Rajesh Gupta,* Age 24 years.

2. *Aditya s/o Ashok,* Aged 24 Years

were apprehended by the team from the park of Sec 07, Dwarka, Delhi.

During search, one Desi katta and one live cartridge was recovered from the possession of *Akash Gupta* while one _buttondar_ knife was recovered from *Aditya*. In this regard, another case *FIR No. 237/25, u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act was registered at PS Dwarka South.*

During interrogation, the accused *Akash Gupta* disclosed about committing of the snatching on 23.05.2025 along with his associate namely:-

*Adarsh Dubey @ Chichi,* apprehended from Sec 07, Dwarka, Delhi and the gold chain was kept in Manappuram finance limited, Indira Park, Delhi by one *Dharmender Dubey S/o Siyaram Dubey,*

who is  uncle of Adarsh Dubey. 
During the course of investigation, Adarsh Dubey S/o Vinod Dubey and his uncle Dharmender Dubey were also apprehended by the team from Indira Park.  

The alleged Adarsh @ Chichi was interrogated who said that he and his friend Akash Gupta S/o Rajesh Gupta R/o Kaillash Puri Palam Vihar are drug addicts and on 23.05.2025, they were searching for a soft target to earn easy money and moving in the area of Dwarka, they noticed a lonely lady walking on road, wearing gold chain.

They snatched her gold chain and ran away. Later on they handed over the gold chain to Adarsh’s Uncle who deposited the same in Manappuram finance limited against loan.

🟡 *RECOVERY*:-

•    One Desi katta with one live cartridge.
•    One buttondar knife.
•    One deposit slip of a gold chain in Manapuran gold loan. 
•    One Hero Splendour bike DL1SAHXXXX used in crime.

🟡 *DETAILS OF ACCUSED ARRESTED*:-

1. *Akash Gupta S/o Rajesh Gupta,* R/o Gali no. 10 Kailashpuri Extension, Palam Delhi Age 24 years.

- He is unmarried and works in online delivery Zepto and Rapido. He is previously involved in more than 10 cases of attempt to murder, snatching, theft and arms act. He is a BC of PS Sagarpur.

2. *Aditya s/o Ashok,* R/o Gali no. 04 Kailashpuri Extn., age 24 years and unemployed.

- He is also a BC of PS Sagarpur. He is previously involved in more than 10 cases of theft, snatching and attempt to murder.

3. *Adarsh Dubey @ Chichi s/o Vinod Dubey,* R/o Gali no. 04 Indra Park, Palam.

- He is previously involved in one case of robbery. He is unmarried and unemployed.

4. *Dharmender Dubey S/o Siyaram Dubey,* R/o Indra Park Palam. He is 42 years old.

- He works as an auto driver. He is previously involved in 01 case of accident.
