⭕ *ACCUSED EVADING TRIAL IN AN N.I. ACT CASE, TURNED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER, ARRESTED BY THE TEAM OF PS DWARKA SOUTH, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 RAKESH KUMAR WAS DECLARED P.O. ON 18.01.2025 FROM THE COURT OF MS. SURBHI GUPTA, LD. JMFC, NI-ACT, DWARKA COURT.

🟡 *TASKING & TEAM:-*

*DCP Dwarka District* has tasked all ACsP/SHOs/ICs to make dedicated teams to trace POs/Absconders.

A team comprising HC Parvesh Dahiya 243/DW, HC Dheeraj 1028/DW and HC Ramveer 1393/DW in supervision of SHO/Dwarka South Insp. Rajesh Kumar Sah under the guidance of ACP/Dwarka Sh. Kishore Kumar Rewala was constituted to trace and apprehend the culprits.

🟡 *INFORMATION & OPERATION:-*

The dedicated team on the basis of manual and technical surveillance collected information. After analysis of information collected, the staff along with a secret informer did continuous hard work on field & arrested *Rakesh Kumar s/o Babu Lal,* R/o near MCD School, Nand Nagri, Delhi, Aged 39 Yrs on 20.05.2025 which resulted in arrest of an absconder.

🟡 *ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

- *Rakesh Kumar s/o Babu Lal,* R/o Near MCD School, Nand Nagri, Delhi. Aged 39 Years.

Declared absconder vide order dated 18.01.2025 by *Ms. Surbhi Gupta, Ld. JMFC NI Act, Dwarka* Courts in CC No. 33247/2019, THE AWADH SAHU COOPT T/C SOCIETY LTD. V/S RAKESH KUMAR.  

Accordingly, the accused person was arrested.
