    Accused with Multiple Bail Rejections Arrested in Ganja Case.
INTRODUCTION:
Team of Insp Sanjay Kaushik, NR-I, Crime Branch, Prashant Vihar, Delhi has arrested a woman named Sushila @ Noni w/o Bhag Chand R/o Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Age: 52 years who is evading her arrest in a NDPS case of PS Mahendra Park.
INFORMATION TEAM & OPERATION: -
On 20.05.2025, on acting upon a secret information received to ASI Virender, team of Insp. Sanjay Kaushik, NR-1 consisting ASI Virender Singh, ASI Sandeep, HC Dinesh Lakra and W/Ct Annu under the supervision of ACP Ashok Kumar Sharma, NR-1, and the overall supervision of Sh. Harsh Indora, IPS, DCP/Crime-III has arrested one lady namely Sushila @ Noni W/o Bhag Chand R/o Shalimar Bagh Delhi. Age-52 Yrs near Jahangirpuri metro station, Delhi who is wanted in Case FIR No. 556/2024 dated 28.10.2024 u/s 20/25/61/85 NDPS Act, PS Mahendra Park, Delhi. She is the source of the contraband (5.172 kg Ganja) recovered in a TSR auto DL-1RV 69XX from accused Rinku and Seema. Proceedings u/s 82 CrPC has been initiated against her by the Court of Sh. Dhirender Rana, ASJ, Rohini Courts, Delhi returnable on 30.05.2025. Two anticipatory bail applications of accused Sushila @ Noni have already been dismissed by the court of Sh. Dhirender Rana, ASJ, Rohini Courts, Delhi vide order dated 20.11.2024 and 21.04.2025 respectively. An anticipatory bail application of accused Sushila @ Noni has already been dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon’ble Delhi High court vide order dated 09.12.2024.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON: -
Accused namely Sushila @ Noni W/o Bhag Chand R/o Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Age-52 Yrs was born and raised in Babina, UP and came to Delhi before 30 yrs ago and living in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. She is illiterate. Her family consists of her two daughters and one son.

Previous involvement:

1. FIR NO. 234/2024 u/s 20 NDPS Act PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi.
Sushila @ Noni has now been arrested under Section 35(1)(b) BNSS and produced before the concerned court for further legal proceedings.
