BRIEF FACTS:-
On dated 15.05.2025, one active snatcher namely Muzahid R/o Sunder Nagri, Delhi age 19 years, arrested in Case FIR NO 242/25 Dt 15.05.25 U/S 304(2)/3(5) BNS PS Anand Vihar.
INCIDENT:-
On 15.05.2025, a case FIR NO 242/25 Dt 15.05.25 U/S 304(2)/3(5) BNS PS Anand Vihar was registered on the complaint of Mr. Prayank Bhatt R/o Krishna Nagar, Delhi age 28 years. On 15.05.2025, he was going to Jagatpuri Red Light from Karkardooma court on foot on service road. At about 06.20 PM, when he was near Karkardooma Court Metro Station, two boys came on pulsur m/cycle from behind and snatched his mobile phone and fled away towards Jagatpuri Red Light. 
INVESTIGATION & OPERATION:-
Considering the gravity of incident, the crack team was deployed to solve this snatching incident. Several CCTV footages obtained from cameras installed at Garg Hospital and the same saw to complainant in which complainant identified the accused persnos. After examining several CCTV footages more then 100 in number of route followed by the accused persons. After that the team developed the information about the accused persons and on secret information the above accused Muzahid S/o Mazid was arrested who disclosed the name of co-accused as Sharik @ Ganja. One day PC of accused has been obtained to recover the case property and to nab the co-accused.
