TWO PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS IN CHEATING CASE ARRESTED

    The team of Special Staff, New Delhi District has apprehended two Proclaimed Offenders, absconding in a Cheating case.

DETAILS:

    Two persons namely Taiyab (28 years) and Ajarudin (33 years) were accused in FIR No. 30/2023, under sections 419/420/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Cyber, New Delhi District. However, the accused evaded legal proceedings and on 24.10.2024, they were declared proclaimed offenders by the court of Ms. Anamika, Ld. JMFC, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

TEAM & OPERATION:

    A team consisting of ASI Arif, HC Naphees, HC Rameshwar, HC Radha, Ct Sarvesh and Ct Vikram has been formed under the guidance of Inspr. Naef Singh/Inspr. Special Staff, New Delhi District and the overall supervision of Sh. Ratan Lal, ACP/Operations Cell, New Delhi District to track and apprehend Proclaimed Offenders. Utilizing manual as well as technical intelligence to track the accused persons, the team received input that both accused were coming to Dhaula Kuan, Delhi via bus. Accordingly, the team laid a trap and nabbed Taiyab (28 years), son of Esab Khan, and Ajarudin (33 years), son of Kursid from Dhaula Kuan Bus Stand, Delhi. Both accused are residents of Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
