✳️ *TWO NOTORIOUS ROBBERS/SNATCHERS ARRESTED BY TEAM OF ANTI SNATCHING CELL/SWD*

✳️ *ACCUSED IDENTIFIED AFTER ANALYSING OVER 250 CCTV CAMERAS WITHIN THE RADIUS OF 10 KM OF THE SPOT/INCIDENT*

✳️ *ONE SNATCHED MOBILE PHONE & ONE PULSAR BIKE WITHOUT NUMBER PLATE USED FOR COMMITTING CRIME RECOVERED.*

✳️ *TWO CASES OF ROBBERY AND SNATCHING WORKED OUT.*

✳️ *ACCUSED ARE WORKING AS CHEF AND COMMITED CRIMES ON WEEKENDS TO EARN QUICK MONEY*

      The team of Anti Snatching Cell, South West District had arrested two desperate & habitual criminals namely *Rajender @ Raju Sunar* R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 27 years & *Ankit Sunar* R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 23 years. With their arrest, one snatched mobile phone & one Pulsar motorcycle without number plate used for committing crime recovered from their possession.

*INCIDENT, TEAM AND ARRESTED:* 
       On 09.06.2025, a case of robbery vide FIR No. 237/25 u/s 309(6)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Vasant Kunj North, Delhi on the statement of Sh. Naresh Choudhary wherein he stated that on the intervening night of 08 & 09/06/25 at about 12:10 AM while he was on his way to his home, two persons came on a bike, beat him and robbed him of his mobile phone and Purse near Fortis Hospital. Another case of snatching vide FIR No. 142/25 u/s 304(2)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Kishangarh, Delhi on the statement of Ms. Kiyamgloriya Devi, Age 23 years wherein she stated that on the intervening night of 08 & 09/06/25 at about 12:20 AM when she was near her house in Kishangarh, two unknown boys suddenly approached her on a motorcycle and snatched her mobile phone and ran away.

       To work out the blind incidents of robbery and snatching which occurred same day i.e. intervening night of 08 & 09/06/25, a dedicated team comprising SI Kamal Kant, HC Anil, HC Narender, HC Shish Ram, HC Dilip, HC Rajkumar, HC Mukesh, Ct. Bablu & Ct Sunny was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Hari Singh, I/C Anti-Snatching Cell/SWD and under the close supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, ACP/Operations/SWD to nab the active criminals. The team worked tirelessly, developed local intelligence, and obtained actionable inputs about the involvement of the accused persons. The team conducted an extensive technical investigation and analyzed more than 250 CCTV cameras within the radius of 10 Km of the spot/incident. The accused persons were observed using motorcycle without any number plate and employing various deceptive tactics to evade capture such as: taking multiple rounds & riding in a reckless zigzag manner to blur CCTV footage. Based on specific intelligence and manual surveillance, two criminals namely Rajender @ Raju Sunar R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 27 years and Ankit Sunar R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 23 years were apprehended by the team of Anti Snatching Cell/SWD. Both accused persons are real brothers born in India but their permanent address is Village Santipur, District Gulmi, Zone Lumbini, Nepal. Both work as chefs in Gurgaon, Haryana but to earn money quickly to enjoy their life, they started robbing and snatching mobile phones in night on a bike without any number plate. A trap was laid, and both were apprehended along with a motorcycle used in the commission of crime. Upon sustained interrogation, the accused persons admitted their involvement in the above-mentioned cases. During sustained interrogation, the accused persons confessed that to earn quick money, they used to commit robbery and snatching. They exclusively used Pulsar bike without number plate for committing the crime. At their instance, one Pulsar Bike used for the crime and one snatched mobile phone were also recovered.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
1. Accused Rajender @ Raju Sunar R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 27 years is previously involved in Case FIR No. 118/21 u/s 323/341/506/34 IPC & 25 Arms Act, PS Kishangarh, Delhi. He works as Chef in Gurugram, Haryana.
2. Accused Ankit Sunar R/o Village Ghitorni, Delhi, Age 23 years is addicted to liquor. He also works as Chef in Gurugram, Haryana.

*RECOVERY:*
1. One snatched mobile phone.
2. One Pulsar motorcycle without number plate used for committing crime.

*CASE WORKED OUT:*
1. FIR No. 237/25, u/s 309(6)/3(5) BNS, PS Vasant Kunj North, Delhi.
2. FIR No. 142/25, u/s 304(2)/3(5) BNS, PS Kishangarh, Delhi.
