•     *Six Stolen Vehicles Recovered.* 
•     *Six Cases of MV Theft Solved*

With the arrest of two notorious auto-lifters, the team of PS New Usmanpur has recovered six two wheelers (five motorcycles and one scooty), stolen from the jurisdictions of different police stations.

On 29.06.25, during the investigation of a motor vehicle theft case registered at PS New Usmanpur, a team led by Insp. Ramesh Kalsan, SHO/PS New Usmanpur, comprising of HCs Azad Akhtar, Amit Mavi, Yogesh Bhati, and Cts Vikas, Amit, and Ayush, under the supervision of Sh. Vikramjeet Singh Virk, ACP/Seelampur, collected clues and developed leads from various sources. Based on the intelligence gathered, the team successfully apprehended the following two individuals:

1.    Ashish S/o Azad, R/o Gali No. 8, Sudamapuri, Delhi, Age – 22 years
2.    Inam Saifi S/o Akil Ahmed, R/o Old Garhi Mendu Village, Delhi, Age – 22 years.

During interrogation, a dismantled motorcycle was recovered on their instance. Upon sustained questioning, the accused admitted to their involvement in the crime and also disclosed their roles in other cases. Acting on their disclosures, a raid was conducted, leading to the recovery of one scooty and four other motorcycles stolen from the area of different police stations.
Further investigation revealed that accused Ashish was involved in one theft case, while accused Inam Saifi was linked to three cases of theft. Efforts are underway to trace their involvement in other cases.
