IAS and PCS officers have been transferred in Uttarakhand once again, an order related to the transfer has been issued late in the evening. According to the transfer order, DMs of many districts have also been changed. These districts include Pauri, Rudraprayag, Champawat, Uttarkashi districts.

Prateek Jain has been made the District Magistrate of Rudraprayag. Manish Kumar has been given the responsibility of Champawat. Prashant Kumar Arya has been made the DM of Uttarkashi. Swati Bhadauria has been made the DM of Pauri Garhwal. Ashish Kumar, who was looking after the responsibility of DM of Pauri, has been given the responsibility of UCADA.

There has been a change in the responsibility of the Chief Secretary to the District Magistrate and PCS officers. Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan, who has been looking after Jalgam for a long time, has now lost this responsibility. Similarly, Sachin Kurve, who has been looking after the responsibility of tourism for many years, has also been removed now. Dhiraj Singh has been called in his place. He was looking after the responsibility of Minority Welfare Department till now.

Labour department has been removed from Pankaj Pandey. Responsibility of Cooperation has been taken back from Dilip Jawalkar. Similarly, responsibility of Irrigation Department has also been taken back from R Rajesh Kumar. Jugal Kishore Pant, who was waiting for some important responsibility for a long time, has now been given the responsibility of a big department like irrigation.

Ramnji Sharan Sharma has been made the Chief Development Officer of Almora. Shiv Kumar Barnwal has been made the Secretary of Subordinate Services Selection Commission.

Raza Abbas has been given the responsibility of Apan Municipal Commissioner Dehradun. Fincharam has been made Additional District Magistrate Haridwar. Pyare Lal Shah has been made Municipal Commissioner of Kotdwar. Devendra Singh Negi has been made Deputy Collector of Haridwar.

According to the government order issued on Thursday, IAS BVRC Purushottam has been given the responsibility of Secretary Cooperation. The charge of Secretary Labour and Chairman Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board has been taken back from IAS Dr Pankaj Kumar Pandey.

Secretary Chandresh Kumar Yadav has been given the responsibility of Commissioner Food. The responsibility of Director Audit has been taken back from Secretary Dr. V. Shanmugam. Irrigation and Minor Irrigation Department has been taken back from Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar. Secretary Dr. Neeraj Khairwal has been given the responsibility of Secretary Language.

Secretary Dr. Sridhar Babu Addanki has been given the responsibility of Secretary Labor, Social Welfare and Commissioner Social Welfare. Secretary Jugal Kishore Pant has been given the responsibility of Secretary Irrigation and Minor Irrigation. Special Secretary Jalgam Dr. Parag Madhukar Dhakate has been given the responsibility of Special Secretary Minority Welfare.

The charge of Additional Secretary Cooperatives, Civil Aviation and Chief Executive Officer UCADA has been taken back from IAS Sonika. Additional Secretary Ranjana Rajguru has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Child Development, Women Welfare and Director ICDS.

The Planning Department has been taken back from Additional Secretary Anand Swaroop. Additional Secretary Reena Joshi has been given the charge of Additional Secretary Governor. The charge of Director Employment has been taken back from IAS Harish Chandra Kandpal and he has been kept on compulsory waiting. Additional Secretary Manuj Goyal has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Technical Education and Mission Director NHM.(rr)
