THREE NOTORIOUS AUTOLIFTERS ARRESTED BY THE STAFF PS JAMIA NAGAR, 09 TWO WHEELERS RECOVERED INCLUDING 07 MOTORCYCLES AND 02 SCOOTIES 
    Three notorious auto lifters arrested 
    Technical and manual surveillance leads to the arrest of the accused person.  
    09 Two wheelers recovered including 07 motorcycles and 02 scooties
    Total 09 MV theft cases solved
    The staff of PS Jamia Nagar of South East District has arrested three auto lifters Tauhid @ Osama, Aariz @ Scooter and Mohd. Farhan in two different incidents. With their arrest, 09 two wheelers recovered including 07 motorcycles and 02 scooties have been recovered from their possession. 
TEAM AND OPERATION:-
A dedicated team comprising of Inspector Yad Ram ATO, SI Sunil Yadav, HC Krishan, HC Ramkishor, HC Deepak, HC Sajid, HC Rajesh, Ct Satish led by Inspector Narpal Singh Yadav SHO/Jamia Nagar and under the close supervision of Sh. Ashok Kumar, ACP/NFC was constituted. The team was briefed and deployed to analyse the CCTV Cameras installed near the place of theft incidents and to develop intelligence and to collect information about the auto lifters. After analyzing the various CCTV Cameras and collecting the local intelligence, team has identified three auto lifters active in the area. 
INCIDENT 01:-
In the midnight of 03/04.07.2025, on receipt of secret information,  team conducted  raid at Yamuna Pusta Delhi Mumbai Express under Jamia Nagar New Delhi and One auto lifters namely Tauhid @Osama S/o Jahangir R/o Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Delhi Age-22 years has been apprehended, while they were cutting stolen Yamaha SS Black having Registration No. UP-20AN-7034, which is found stolen in
1. Case FIR No. 424/25, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Sahibabad Ghaziabad UP, Delhi 
2. One bike having registration No. DL-3SCX-7881 Passion Pro which is found stolen in case E-FIR No 008082/25, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Jamia Nagar, South East District, Delhi. 
During course of investigation, accused Tauhid@Osama has been arrested in case E-FIR No 008082/25, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Jamia Nagar, South East District, Delhi. Further accused Tauhid disclosed that he had stolen other 2 motorcycles with Aariz @Sooter. Hence, at the instance of Tauhid, accused Aariz @Sooter was also arrested and further 02 motorcycle were also recovered bearing no DL 6SBL9705 stolen from Paharganj & DL3SF8650 stolen from Kalandi Kunj.

Initially recovered motorcycle no. UP20AL7034 stolen from Sahibabad was found in dismantled condition. At the spot screwdriver, hammer and key used to cut the motorcycle were also recovered. 
Co-accused Yamin & Salman@Sutter are yet to be arrested.
INCIDENT 02:-
On Dt. 03.07.2025, on the receipt of the secret information, acting swiftly team conduct a raid at Dhobi Ghat Yamuna Pusta Delhi Mumbai Express Jamia Nagar New Delhi and One auto lifter namely Mohd. Farhan S/o Hifzur Rahman R/o Zakir Nagar Jamia Nagar Delhi Age-31 years was apprehended, while he was roaming on stolen TVS Apache Black Bike having Registration No. DL-3SEY-6602 which is found stolen in case E-FIR No 016371/25, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Jamia Nagar, South East District, Delhi.  Accused Mohd. Farhan was arrested in case E-FIR No 0016371/25, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Jamia Nagar.
Further at his instance, 04 another stolen two wheelers have been recovered:-
1. Honda Activa No. DL-3SCK-9737, which is found stolen in case E-FIR No 021061/24, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Lajpat Nagar  2.   Super Splendor No. DL-4SCH-2546, which is found stolen in case E-FIR No 018405/24, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Jamia Nagar 
3. Honda Shine DL-9SBL-8344, which is found stolen in case E-FIR No. 19759/21 U/S 379 PS Lajpat Nagar
4. Scooty Suzuki Access No. DL-10SU-7647, which is found stolen in Case FIR No. 020694/21 U/S 379 PS Sadar Bazar. 
Co-Accused Imran & Azim yet to be arrested.

INTERROGATION:-
On sustain interrogation, accused Tauhid disclosed that he is habitual of committing theft of two wheelers as he was not earning sufficient money to meet the basic needs. He also needed money to fulfill his habit of intoxication. He has already been jailed in a motorcycle stolen case. He used to steal bikes with co accused Aariz @ Sooter.
On sustain interrogation, accused Mohd. Farhan disclosed that he is habitual of committing theft of two wheelers from South East District Area to earn quick money and to quench his thirst of alcohol. He started to steel the two wheelers with his friend Azim & Imran. All three had gone to Jail several times in MVT cases.
RECOVERY:-
1.    09 Two wheelers recovered including 07 motorcycles and 02 scooties.
2.    Screwdriver, Hammer and key used to cut the motorcycle.
PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED PERSON:-
1.    Accused Tauhid @Osama S/o Jahangir R/o Batla House Jamia Nagar Delhi Age-22 Yrs. He is previously involved in 03 cases of MV Theft.
2.    Aariz @ Sooter s/o Iftikar Ahmad r/o Batla house Jamia Nagar Delhi, Age- 24 Yers. He has been involved in 01 case of snatching.
3.    One accused Mohd. Farhan S/o Hifzur Rahman R/o Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar Delhi Age-31 Yrs. He is a BC of the area and he was in jail since last 9 months. He was released from the jail last month. He has been involved in 15 cases of MV Theft and Arms Act.
