✳️ *THREE DESPERATE ROBBERS NABBED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INCIDENT, BY THE STAFF OF PP SUBROTO PARK, PS DELHI CANTT/SWD.*

✳️ *ALL THREE ACCUSED PERSONS ARE PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN MULTIPLE CASES OF ROBBERY, SNATCHING, THEFT & ARMS ACT.*

✳️ *ACCUSED RAHUL @ ROBERT IS A 'BC' OF PS FATEHPUR BERI, DELHI.*

✳️ *ONE SWIFT USED IN COMMISSION OF THE CRIME RECOVERED.*

     The alert staff of PP Subroto Park, PS Delhi Cantt, South West District had done a commendable work by arresting three desperate robbers namely 1. *Rahul @ Robert* R/o Harswaroop Colony, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi, age 29 years, 2. *Annu* R/o IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, age 28 years & 3. *Shiva* R/o IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, age 26 years. With their arrest, one Swift car used in commission of the crime recovered.

*INCIDENT:*

    On 10.07.2025, a PCR call regarding robbery was received at PS Delhi Cantt, upon which the IO reached at the spot i.e. CNG Pump, Ring Road, Dhaula Kuan, Near Delhi Cantt Metro Station where the victim with his cousin met and reported that they had brought some glass items from Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh to Jungpura, Delhi by their Pick-up (Chhota Hathi). After unloading the goods, they went to get CNG at the CNG Pump on Ring Road near Delhi Cantonment Metro Station, Delhi Cantt. As their turn for CNG was approaching, the pump staff informed them that CNG would be available only after 2 hours. So, they decided to leave. Around 1:30 PM, a dark-complexioned man, wearing a T-shirt aged about 25-30 years old, approached him and said he urgently needed some cash. He offered to make an online payment in return. He refused that person & asked his brother to buy a bottle of water. His brother went to get the water. The same man came back to him and snatched Rs. 3,000/- from his hand and ran away. He chased the man while his brother caught him. As he was trying to park the vehicle on the side of the road due to traffic, the man tried to free himself from his brother's grip. At that moment, a white Swift car arrived, and the man pushed his brother and got into the car. They both chased the car, but it took a wrong turn towards Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt. There were already 2-3 other men in it.  Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 195/2025, u/s 309(4)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Delhi Cantt and investigation was taken up.

*INVESTIGATION & OPERATION:*
    Keeping in view of the gravity of the case, a dedicated team led by SI Ajeet Singh, I/C PP Subroto Park comprising SI Pooran Mal, PSI Manish Kumar, HC Jitender, HC Birender, HC Prakash, HC Amit, Ct. Ravinder, and Ct. Gajanand was constituted under the close supervision of Inspector Shyoram Yadav, SHO/Delhi Cantt and overall supervision of Shri Anil Sharma, ACP/Delhi Cantt to apprehend the culprits involved in the robbery.    During the course of the investigation, the team analyzed CCTV footage from approximately 100 cameras installed at various locations, including Ring Road and the Delhi Cantonment area. Based on technical surveillance, source-based inputs, and local enquiry, a clear picture of the suspect and the Swift car was developed. With the help of Dossier Cell, one suspect was identified as Rahul @ Robert R/o Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi. Acting on secret information, the team apprehended Rahul @ Robert. Upon sustained interrogation, he confessed to committing the robbery along with his two accomplices, identified as Shiva and Annu. Thereafter, both Shiva and Annu were also apprehended, and the vehicle used in the commission of the crime was recovered.

*PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:*
1. Accused Rahul @ Robert R/o Harswaroop Colony, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi, age 29 years is a BC of PS Fatehpur Beri and previously involved in 17 cases of Theft, Snatching, Robbery and Arms Act.
2. Annu R/o IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, age 28 years is previously involved in a case of Arms Act, PS Saket, Delhi.
3. Shiva R/o IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, age 26 years is previously involved in 04 cases of Theft, Snatching & Robbery.

*RECOVERY:*
1.    One Swift Car used in crime.

1. FIR No. 195/2025, u/s 309(4)/3(5) BNS, PS Delhi Cantt, New Delhi.

Further investigation is under progress.
