*THEFT OF RS. 35 LAKHS SOLVED WITHIN 48 HOURS BY THE TEAM OF PS MOTI NAGAR*

*INCIDENT DETAILS*
On 24.05.2025, a call was received at PS Moti Nagar regarding the theft of ₹35 lakhs from the office of Dynamic Forge Company. Acting swiftly, SI Parveen Kumar, along with Ct. Ravinder, reached the spot at Magnum House-2, Office No. 105, opposite Milane Cinema, Karampura, New Delhi. The complainant, a Field Officer at the company, reported that he had kept ₹35 lakhs in a locked almirah at the Karampura office and left for the company's other branch in Lajpat Nagar. At that time, accountant Vivek Raj was the only person present in the office. Upon the complainant's return around 7:15 PM, he found the almirah open and the cash bag empty. A case was registered, and an investigation was initiated.

*INVESTIGATION & BREAKTHROUGH*
A dedicated team comprising SI Parveen Kumar, ASI Rajinder, HC Amit, and HC Jatin was constituted under the supervision of Inspr. Varun Dalal, SHO PS Moti Nagar to track the absconding accused. The team conducted multiple raids across Gurugram, Noida, and Azamgarh, searching over 40 hotels. In Azamgarh, local inquiries were carried out by showing the accused's photograph to area residents and hotel staff. On 26.05.2025, based on specific input from a secret informer and technical surveillance, the team reached Manglam Hotel, Azamgarh, where the hotel staff identified the accused as staying in Room. Upon visiting the room, the person inside identified himself as Vivek Raj, s/o Bihari Lal, r/o Village Bhangrola, Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, confirming his identity as the accused. During sustained interrogation, he voluntarily disclosed that the stolen cash was kept in a black-colored carry bag on the bed. In the presence of hotel staff and independent witnesses, the bag was checked, and ₹34,98,550 was recovered
