*SUPPLIER OF ILLICIT LIQUOR ARRESTED BY THE  TEAM OF PS KIRTI NAGAR*

*INFORMATION AND TEAM OPERATION* 
On 22.05.2024, information was received regarding the supply of illicit liquor in the PS Kirti Nagar area. A team consisting of HC Pradeep and HC Lalchand, under the supervision of Inspector Sanjeev, SHO Kirti Nagar, and the overall guidance of Sh. Vijay Singh, ACP Punjabi Bagh, was constituted to apprehend the supplier of illicit liquor. At 2:30AM on 23/05/2025, they intercepted a Mahindra Champion commercial vehicle near Hindustan Veg Picket. Upon searching, a total of 30 boxes containing 1500 quarters of Falcon brand "Desi Sharab" (for sale in Haryana only) were recovered from the vehicle. The recovered liquor and vehicle were taken into possession, and the driver, Surender Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ram Avtar R/o Azadpur Mandi, Village Majua Kheda, PS Malwa, District Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, was taken into custody. Subsequently, a case under Sections 33/58 of the Delhi Excise Act was registered at PS Kirti Nagar. Further investigation is underway to locate the source of supply.

👉🏼 Surender Kumar S/o Late Sh. Ram Avtar R/o, Azadpur Mandi, Village Majua Kheda, PS Malwa, District Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, Age: 36 years.

*RECOVERIES* 
1. 30 boxes of Falcon brand liquor were seized, containing (1500 quarter bottles)
2. Mahindra Champion used for transportation  of illicit liqour
