The state government has sent a letter to the central government to give Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh a one-year extension on the post of Chief Secretary. He is going to retire on 31st July this month. Along with the proposal to extend his service, the work done in the interest of the state has also been mentioned. It has been said that along with playing an important role in creating an industrial environment in the state, he has also made a significant contribution towards taking the economy to 10 trillion dollars.
