
Southern Range Crime Branch Swiftly Recovers Two Missing Females in Separate Cases

Introduction
In a remarkable display of prompt action and coordinated investigation, the Southern Range of the Crime Branch has successfully traced and recovered two missing individuals — a minor girl and a young woman — in two separate cases, reaffirming its commitment to public safety and women’s security.
Instance 1: Kidnapping of Minor Girl – PS Shalimar Bagh
In an FIR registered under Section 137(2) BNS at PS Shalimar Bagh, a 13-year-old girl was reported kidnapped on 26.06.2025. Acting swiftly on a crucial technical lead, a dedicated team led by Inspector Vijay Pal Dahiya and supervised by ACP Girish Kaushik — including W/HC Jyoti Yadav and W/Ct. Shobha — traced the victim to the Karnal Bypass area. She was safely recovered, handed over to the local police for legal formalities, and reunited with her family.
Instance 2: Missing Woman – PS Narela
In a separate incident, a 20-year-old woman was reported missing dated 06.06.2025 at PS Narela. W/HC Jyoti and W/Ct. Shobha, located the missing woman at New Delhi Railway Station. She was safely brought back and handed over to the local police. Her family was also informed of her recovery.
Further proceedings are under way.
