•    TABLETS OF BUPRENORPHINE & SUBLINGUAL VERNOR N (09 TABLETS) & 08 INJECTIONS OF PHENIRAMINE MALEATE INJECTION IP AVIL 10 ML EACH RECOVERED.

    INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION: -

The team of PS Bindapur is being motivated and sensitized to keep a vigil on the active criminals roaming in the area with the intent to commit crime & is continuously working with the motto - "Capital - A Drugs Free Zone !!" ..

Accordingly a dedicated team of police officials of PS Bindapur, comprising HC Neeraj No. 1950/DW, HC Jai Bhagwan No. 1900/DW & HC Mahesh No. 752/DW, HC Sanjeev, Ct. Lakhan, Ct. Rajesh Dagar under the supervision of Insp. Bijender - Insp. Investigation/Bindapur and overall supervision of Ms. Usha Kumari Joshi - ACP/Dabri was constituted to nab such active criminals. Secret informers were also deployed in the area to gather intelligence and information.
On 02.07.2025, a specific input was received by HC Mahesh No. 752/DW regarding sales of Buprenorphine tablets by a person who would come at around 6:30 PM near a Park in Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi.

Having received the information, HC Mahesh 752/DW alongwith HC Jai Bhagwan 1900/DW, HC Neeraj 1950, reached at the park near Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi where suspect Sanjay s/o Om Parkash, R/o Phase-3, Sector-3, Dwarka, Delhi, aged 34 years was checked and tablets of Buprenorphine and Sublingual VERNOR N (09 tablets) & 08 Injections of Pheniramine Maleate Injection IP Avil 10 ml each were recovered.

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 420/25, U/s 8C/22 NDPS Act, was registered at PS Bindapur, Delhi.

    INTERROGATION:-

On interrogation, he disclosed his name and address as Sanjay s/o Om Parkash R/o Phase-3, Sector-3, Dwarka, Delhi, aged 34 years. Accused Sanjay is previously involved in case e-FIR No. 1014/2018, u/s 379 IPC, PS Bindapur.

    PROFILE OF ACCUSED :-

Sanjay s/o Om Parkash, R/o Phase 3, Sector 3, Dwarka, Delhi, aged 34 years.

He doesn't do any work. He is a drug addict and sells banned medicines to fulfill his intoxication.

    RECOVERY:-

•    09 TABLETS OF BUPRENORPHINE & SUBLINGUAL VERNOR N.
•    08 INJECTIONS OF PHENIRAMINE MALEATE INJECTION IP AVIL 10 ML EACH.
