⭕ *01 ROBBER ARRESTED WITH RECOVERY OF ROBBED TVS SPORTS MOTORCYCLE,  BY THE TEAM OF ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT.*

🔰 ACCUSED PERSON WAS ARRESTED ON THE BASIS OF TECHNICAL & MANUAL SURVEILLANCE.

🔰 01 ROBBED TVS SPORTS MOTORCYCLE BEARING NUMBER UP-76AL-XXXX WAS RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION.

🟡 *BRIEF DETAILS OF INCIDENT:-*

On the intervening night of 09-10.07.2025, an incident of motorcycle robbery was reported at *PS Chhawla,* wherein the complainant - a Rapido rider - *Arjun Singh s/o Nakse Lal* received one ride at around 01:00 AM from Shyam Vihar and two persons came for the ride.

Due to heavy rain they persuaded Rapido rider to take out his mobile phone to keep it safely. Rapido rider had stopped his motorcycle and took out his mobile phone, meanwhile both the persons started assaulting the rider and forcefully robbed his mobile phone and motorcycle from new Roshan Vihar, Najafgarh and fled from the spot.

As per the statement of the complainant a case vide *FIR No. 285/2025, Dt. 10.07.25, u/s 309 (4)/3(5) BNS, PS Chhawla* was lodged and investigation was taken up.

🟡 *INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:-*

In view of gravity of the offence, a dedicated team of police officials of *Anti Narcotics Cell, Dwarka District* under the supervision of Sh. Ramavtar - ACP/Ops., Dwarka headed by SI Naveen Kumar No. D-683, comprising ASI Dinesh No. 328/DW, HC Raju No. 1946/DW, HC Yograj No. 951/Cr, HC Kuldeep No. 3258/PCR, HC Gopal No. 471/DW, HC Ajay No. 224/A & Ct. Shiv Ram No. 3175/PCR was constituted to solve the case and nab the accused persons involved in the robbery incident.

In pursuance of the task, the team visited the spot and CCTV footages of the spot and the route followed by the culprits was traced.

With the help of local intelligence and technical surveillance, robbed motorcycle was recovered on the same day and accused was apprehended near BDO office, Najafgarh after a short chase by police team as the accused tried to flee after he was signalled to stop the robbed motorcycle which he was riding.

🟡 *INTERROGATION:-*

On interrogation, details of the accused were identified as :-

*Abhishek s/o Nav Rattan,* aged 21 Yrs. He further disclosed that on the intervening night of 09-10.07.25, at about 01:30 AM, he along with his *CCL associate 'X'* had robbed a rapido motorcycle and mobile phone from rapido rider.

As per recovery, the accused person was arrested in case *FIR No. FIR No. 285/2025, Dt. 10.07.25, u/s 309 (4)/3(5)/317 (2) BNS, PS Chhawla.*

🟡 *ACCUSED ARRESTED:-*

*Abhishek s/o Nav Rattan,* R/o New Roshanpura, Najafgarh, Delhi, aged 21 Yrs.

🟡 *RECOVERY:-*

• 01 robbed TVS sports motorcycle.

🟡 *CASE WORKED OUT:-*

- FIR No. 285/2025, Dt. 10.07.25, u/s 309 (4)/3(5)/317 (2) BNS, PS Chhawla.

Further investigation is in progress and efforts are being made out to nab co-accused and also to recover robbed mobile phone.
