On June 16, the Superintendent of Police office had issued transfer orders of 156 policemen including 7 sub-inspectors, 42 ASIs. But the shocking thing was that within just 24 hours, the list of 38 policemen including 14 ASIs, 15 head constables was revised. This change was made citing the approval of the minister in charge, whereas there was no such mention in the list released earlier. People are now raising questions that when the first list could be released without the minister's approval, then why so many names were changed on the second day itself.(rr)
