🔹️ *SPECIAL STAFF OF OUTER DISTRICT ARRESTED ONE ACCUSED UNDER ARMS ACT*

🔹️ *HE IS WANTED IN  A CASE OF PS MOHAN GARDEN*

🔹️ *01 COUNTRY MADE PISTOL AND 01 LIVE CARTRIDGE RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION AND SEIZED*

In accordance with the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Outer District, all field staff have been thoroughly briefed and sensitized to maintain vigilance across their respective areas of responsibility. Emphasis has been laid on proactive policing measures to ensure the maintenance of law and order, as well as to safeguard the safety and security of citizens within the jurisdiction of the Outer District.

▶️ *OPERATION AND INTERROGATION:*

On 01.07.2025, while patrolling in the jurisdiction of Police Station Mangolpuri, the team received secret information that a man  carrying an illegal pistol would arrive near the B-Block Bus Stand, Mangolpuri, Outer Ring Road, Delhi.

Acting on this input, a dedicated team from Special Staff comprising SI Ankit Singh, HC Birbal, HC Shekhar, Ct. Anuj and Ct. Amit led by Inspr. Rohit under the close supervision of Sh. Narender Khatri, ACP/Operations was constituted and deployed to apprehend the suspect. The staff reached the location and waited for his arrival. The informer identified the suspect as he approached the B-Block Bus Stand, Mangolpuri, Outer Ring Road, Delhi.

Upon noticing the presence of police personnel, the individual attempted to flee from the area. The team immediately initiated a pursuit and successfully apprehended him after a brief chase. Upon further inquiry and verification, the suspect was identified as Bhole Ram.

During a cursory search of the suspect, the team recovered one country-made pistol and one live cartridge from his possession.

Accordingly, a case was registered at Police Station Mangolpuri vide FIR No. 462/2025 under Section 25 of the Arms Act. During interrogation, the accused revealed that he had opened fire on a person on 28.06.2025 in the area of Police Station Mohan Garden and that he is wanted in Case FIR No. 192/25 under Sections 118(2)/3(5) of the BNS, Police Station Mohan Garden.

The accused was arrested and the recovered firearm along with the live cartridge was seized in connection with the case.

Bhole Ram R/o Mohan Garden, Delhi, Age- 29 years( works as a property dealer)
