🔹️ *TWO FEMALE PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS ARRESTED BY THE DEDICATED PO CELL, OUTER DISTRICT*

🔹️ *THEY WERE DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT OF SMT. SHIVLI TALWAR, JFMC/WEST, TIS HAZARI COURT, NEW DELHI*

🚨 *

In a proactive move to strengthen law enforcement and ensure justice, the Outer District Police has launched a special drive targeting Proclaimed Offenders (POs) who have evaded the law. This initiative is being carried out under the overall supervision and directive of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Outer District.

As part of the operation, a dedicated team from the Proclaimed Offender (PO) Cell of the Outer District was constituted, comprising ASI Ranveer,  HC Pardeep, and W/HC Pinki. The team has been specifically tasked with identifying, tracing, and apprehending individuals who have been declared Proclaimed Offenders by the Hon’ble Court.

▶️ *OPERATION:*

On 26.06.2025, the team received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of two female proclaimed offenders (PO). The information indicated that the female suspects were hiding in the vicinity of Vikas Nagar, Ranhola. Acting promptly on this confidential input, the team planned and executed a targeted raid at the specified location. The operation was carried out successfully, leading to the apprehension of both the suspects. Subsequent verification confirmed the identity of both the females, thereby validating the received intelligence.

Both the female accused were declared as a proclaimed offender by the Hon'ble Court of Smt. Shivli Talwar, JFMC/West, Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi, on 07.04.2025 in connection with the Case FIR No. 642/2019, U/s 498A/406/34 IPC, PS Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. They were arrested in a Kalandra under Section 35.1(D) of the BNSS Act on 26/06/2025.
