Bihar General Administration Department has transferred two secretary level IAS of Governor's Secretariat. Presently, 2011 batch IAS Sanjay Kumar Special Secretary and Mahabir Prasad Sharma (2013) have been sent to Bihar General Administration Department till further orders.

In their place, 2014 batch IAS Dr. Nand Lal Arya has been appointed as Additional Secretary of Governor's Secretariat. Earlier, he was handling the responsibility of Settlement Officer in Nalanda. 2014 batch IAS Suman Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary of Governor. Earlier, he was handling the responsibility of Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat.
